My suggestions:

More balanced guns
More guns
more melee weapons
harder to hack
all headshots kill instantly

and the floor is open!

To minimize this being Posted in Rage and Caps, I'm gonna go ahead and say the whole 'Dedicated Server' thing.

And perhaps the Ability to hit people with your Sidearm, like a Quicker, less powerful melee attack.

Balanced guns. Umm when you hit somone they should slow down. mabey decrease the speed of it slighty so it feels more tactical and not run and gun.

Definitely keep the Spec Ops. Fantastic premise right there.

Make the plot-line a bight tighter and more coherent.

Pretty much it for me. I don't stray into Multi-player too much, so I'm not qualified too well to go on about that.

Guns, lot of guns. Also, less killstreak rewards flying around, no akimbo shotguns (no akimbo at all if I had my way...), more maps, no one man army (damn noobtubers), longer singleplayer.

There were only a handful of truly good Spec. Ops missions.

I wish you could choose to knife twice instead of putting the knife away then taking it out again to knife two people. Also, why don't grenades explode when you get killed between removing the pin and throwing them?
