EDIT: changed my mind. Gran Turismo 2. That race where you had to beat a GT40 using a car with 295hp or less? *shudder*

*thinks* ... I don't think I've ever 100%ed a game. Maybe Golden Sun: The Lost Age (all djinni, all summons), but I didn't get everyone to lvl 99 or anything.

I got everything on InFamous 2 (except those stupid UGC trophies), because I'm just a sucker for ice powers.

The World Ends With you.

From all the lvl.1 noise reports to mastering all pins, there was absolutely nothing in that game that I didn't 100%.

I know that there is no official 100% for Dragon Age: Origins, but I literally have done everything in that game. I'm missing three achievements for the add-on content (two of which I will be getting shortly), but I have literally done everything in that game

I'm sure anyone who's gotten Just Cause 2 100% would say that game. It's frigging HUGE!!
I've been playing for over 20 hours and I'm about 5% done (granted, I've mainly been screwing around and not really doing missions or bothering to REALLY collect everything).

I guess I'd have to say Assassin's Creed II. Mostly because I took the time to find every feather (with a guide), and get that blasted Auditore cape and wear it in every city. When that Platinum trophy popped up, I was so relieved.

I think I may have gotten all the treasures as well, even though it was unnecessary for the Platinum (although that would have been a lot of pointless time and effort).

This for me is a tie between the time I did a complete run of Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time & Majora's Mask... Back to back... so basically 200% completion;

and

Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition. I did everything. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I ended my master playthrough by whiping out every NPC in the game with Hircine's Ring and Sunder.

Tales of Symphonia.

Over two play throughs I saw everything and all side stories and side-quests and every side to every decision you make in the game.

Took over 200 hours over 2 years but totally worth it that game is amazing.

Mass Effect was the first game I ever got 100% on. A lot of people are saying Mass Effect 2, which I also 100%'d, but the first one was much more difficult to get. It's also nice to be one of the few people who have actually done so (I only know one person who has completed the main game, but not the DLC, and only a few online). Also Portal: Still Alive (though the only really difficult achievement was Out of the Blue) and LA Noire.

I guess Mass Effect 2 because it's the only game I've gotten 100% for so far. Insanity was rather easier than I expected. A couple tough spots, but my tech powers and hard hitting team cleared everything else.

I have a lot of close-but-not-quite ones like Ocarina of Time (couple Heart Pieces I think), DMC4 (Hell and Hell and All S Rank), Final Fantasy 10 (complete/defeat Monster Arena, find all Primers, full power all Celestial Weapons), and others.

I was going to 100% Just Cause 2 and got up to about 85% before I found out that my particular save was corrupt or something but basically I did everything in one area but the game didn't recognise it. I got the perfectionist achievement though which is 75%. It isn't hard I guess, but takes ages.

Gears of War 2. 1750/1750

Attaining the online rank 100 before the existence of these 30X xp events was the culmination of 10 months hard labor.

Can't really say 100% on this game, because it's not a console game but I think I looked and checked every nook and cranny to find everything in the game and finished it 8 times.

That game is: Gothic 2.
