In England we have counties. I am from Yorkshire, specifically the city of Leeds and I currently reside in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. I lived in New York city, New York when I was 4-5 and I go back roughly every year to visit friends, I also visit Minnesota and Chicago to visit friends as well. I hope to live in New York very soon, when I have finished my degree.

North East England, The County of Tyne and Wear, mostly known for building ships during WW2, flatbreads, beer and coal mines.

Also the best accent in England, one that doesn't sound posh at all.

Minnesota, lots of snow, already had a snow day.
If you were really were from Minnesota, you would know that there's no such thing as snow days. My school district has, over the past 18 years or so, had two snow days. Two. We still had to go to school in when the temperature was 50 below.

We are also known for Fargo (which is in North Dakota, although the movie was filmed in MN), Michelle Bachmann *shudder*, and silly accents, amoung other things
I'm from Duluth. And the snow knocked out power to ever school and almost every house in the district. Thats the only reason we had it off. I remember once we literally had 5 feet of snow in our driveway. Since we live on top of the hill, we get all of the lake effect snow and it piles on our drive way strait off of Lake Superior. And school wasn't canceled.

Aah, I like Hamilton, visited a few times when travelling.

Richard O'Brien cut hair in Hamilton before his Rocky Horror fame!

OT: I'm from Englands smallest county, Rutland. Famous for, well, not a great deal really! We have a couple of Harrier bases and Europes largest man made reservoir.

New York State. We are probably most known for our city, which kinda sucks cuz most of us would rather die than live there.

I'm from corrupted little slice of hell called Croatia. Known for it beautiful islands (soon to be owned by foreign millionaires), great food, corrupted politicians, football violence.... You name it, we probably got it.
Also known for not being really known. Pozdrav! :)

I'm from Croatia too. Funny little state.
Our main exports are war criminals. The Hague loves them!
