What Superpower would you NOT want under any circumstances?

Super strength would certainly be annoying unless you get some kind of special version you could switch off. Also, I wouldn't call "Midas Touch" a superpower, it's more of a defect than anything.

With most superpowers, the person who has them can control them. As with super strength, it takes an huge amount of time to learn how to control that kind of power. Superman being the number one example of control.

I do agree that Hypersonic speed ala The Flash would be terrible, but not nearly as bad as Banshee's sonic screech or whatever the hell it is. A) Banshee sucks, so the power really sucks. B) A sneeze would blow people ears out and possible kill someone. Boy I hate Banshee...

I would hate being a living electricity conduit, like Cole in inFamous. Sure, I can electrocute mean people or infinitely charge my laptop or iPod, but I'd never be able to take a shower without killing myself.

I found the whole electrocuting himself in water thing to be a major flaw in the game. If anything water would just sap whatever charge he had. Cole is immune to channeling lightning through his body so why would it kill him in the water?

Well, I suppose Cole's ability is technically controllable. Just in theory, he can channel electricity whenever he wants, so he can swim as long as he doesn't charge anything. That still doesn't answer your question, and the best answer I have is "Technically, it wouldn't." I guess the designers didn't want another Altair.

Seriously, how would you remember ALL of those powers? Imagine if you died, experienced a version of an afterlife of your choosing and realized, "Shit, if I had used that I might have survived!" Or accidentally using one power and causing more harm and good?
