I like training in the spring and fall. Mostly I do weights or run depending on how I am feeling. I find weights in the heat of summer is no good, and running in the cold of winter is hard on the breathing... so it's prime workout time for me right now. As soon as I run out of excuses I will get back to it.

Above 80f. If I don't need to drink two liters of water after the workout, I'm doing something wrong.

I live in a cold town so 15-20 Celsius is good. But then again, my training is for a martial art and it does drag on, so I like it to warm up after a while (but not too humid)

If i can control the weather perfectly, about 22C for half a run, then a light shower/wind on my way back.

because I'm working out which raises body temp I prefer working out in about 70 degrees or lower although running in 90 degrees sucks.

Depends on what i'm doing. If i'm running i like it to be cool, not cold though. If it's cold you get sub-par flexibility in the kickoff.

In the gym i prefer normal room temperature. If it's too cold you get rigid, too hot and you sweat like pig and can't perform.

Pretty damn cold. When I raced it'd always be at some ungodly early hour and I just got used to that. Also I overheat pretty easily and just naturally prefer the cold.

About the ideal temperature for PT is around 70F(21C) if you ask me. Its warm enough so you are not freezing and you can build up a sweat, but its cool enough so you don't worry about overheating or falling out.

Ha! Training, you people and your silly exercise.

OT: In the very unlikely chance I would exercise (aside from a walk that is, I *DO* go on walks a few times a week at least.) I want it to be like...40-55F. I'm gonna sweat my nuts off so I wanna be able to cool down quick. I hate sweating, makes me feel so gross. Faster I can cool down and stop, the better! On a different note, I prefer it to be like 50-65F at all times anyway. I don't do well with heat.
