If you mean exercise, then I guess I prefer exercising when it's just a little chilly. Cold enough so you'll want to get moving to warm up, but not so cold that it's distracting and your limbs are all numb. So anywhere between 15 - 25 degrees C is fine.
I trained today and noticed that I never thought of what weather I'm training in. I went to a few websites and noticed that some people say training in cold weather is better and others say they do better in warm weather. Personally I enjoy 84F - 92F. So my question is what temperatures do you prefer?
Windy. If it's blistering hot, that's fine but, just... be windy as hell. Not only does it lap away sweat and moisture like it's nothing, but it makes running twice as hard so I get more of a workout.
Hoodie temperature with a little rain and a light breeze. That temperature when it's cool enough to wear a hoodie outside normally without feeling slightly hot, when old people and sensitive people complain of the cold, but when it's the perfect temperature but only slightly hot when you're out of breath.
