In EVE when you are taking out a cruiser with your cruiser, and he's stronger and you forget to turn off overheat, and when he's in 2% hull, your guns fry-out, leaving him busting you from armor to hull and then leaving you spamming the warp button. Damn I hate my stupidity sometimes, it happened 3 times, good thing in cheap ships, leaving me wonder how a guy in battleship feels when does same mistake
Why did Gnl. Sheperd shot you at the end of MW2? There's no reason for it, or I missed it in all the times I played throught the entire game more times then I can reasonably count and still don't get it. Doesn't he need all the assets he can get? This is just a plot hole the size of Jupiter.
Once upon a time, after hearing quite a few good things about the Mass Effect franchise, I decided to give it a go. Starting with the first part, I was absorbed by the ME universe and fought along my alien allies to save the galaxy in heroic fashion.
Having completed the first part, I could not wait to see what the second part had in store for me. So I immediately started ME2, thinking that I, the unstoppable Shepard with my prized band of alien allies, would show the next threat a thing or two with all our experience and emotional bonding.

Or the giant plot twist of BioShock, that also left me with a WTF face.

Just remembered another one: in crysis, my brother killed himself by running into a boat. Thats right, a boat, with speed mode on.
I was also killed in crysis warhead when changing weapon. psycho threw down his old weapon so hard, it rebounded of a wall and hit him in the head, killing him. Crysis has an absolutly ridiculous physics engine.
assassin's creed 2 ending, not going to get any more AC games that is for sure.

Transformers for the PS2 and their overuse of ragdoll physics. Picture this: Optimus Prime, 50 foot tall 20+ tonne of robotic badass, can't navigate a set of rocks shaped like stairs without flopping down like a fish out of the water.
When I loaded up a save on Fallout: New Vegas and it crashed after less than a minute of gameplay. That is one GLITCHY AS FUCK game.
