Good to hear. From what i've seen and heard about Hitman: No subtitle, it might be the best yet in the series from a gameplay perspective. Which is great in my book, cause the "story driven narrative" or whatever they tried to achieve in Absolution isn't what i come to Hitman games for.
I wouldn't even mind them going episodical, cause imho, a game where you play as a globetrotting assassin and every level is a discrete stage fits that model. I wouldn't, IF the game wasn't published by Squeenix, which already tainted themselves with some sleazy bussiness practices. And here we have an example of that bullshow in this entire "ellusive targets" deal.

Personally, the defining feature of why I love the old Hitman (other than being vaguely predisposed to like stealth games in general) is that unlike most games which try and do exploitation it really got it, especially towards the end with Blood Money (which I think is where they finally got over the whole reverse-James-Bond conceit and fully embraced the sleazy nastiness of the setting).
Same. I liked the seediness of some levels, i think it gave those games a distinct vibe, underlined that 47 has to deal with the worst the humanity has to offer. The newest game looks great, but also too... shiny? Makes it look a bit bland in my eyes, and the protag seem even more like Bond's evil, bald twin.
I'm also saddened that Jesper Kyd didn't come back for this one. Well, i have a right to dream...
