umm... yeah what the hell? If anything this installment has managed the sidemission concept the best out of the lot. I have no idea what you are banging on about...Judgement101 said:They need to make it less linear, give us side missions instead of go here, then there, then assassination, then here.
What DRM? I've been playing offline on ps3 for a week now. Not sure what you're referring to...TestECull said:I won't even consider giving it a try until Ubisoft dumps that atrocious DRM they use. I refuse to support such DRM in any way. I won't even support the notion that the game so 'protected' is even any good.

But Brotherhood's guard-breaking kick and chain-kills made the combat buttery smooth. I don't even use counter anymore!Flying-Emu said:This is all they need to do, seriously.Sacman said:Improve the damn combat that is my biggest problem with the game...<.<
But those were petrifyingly dull and horribly done!Judgement101 said:In AC1 some missions had you gathering flags, were you a capture the flag expert and assassin in that one?Rusty Bucket said:You're an assassin, not a delivery boy. So no, they can't.Judgement101 said:Real side missions Brotherhood's side missions were just assassinate this other guy. Can't they add like a deliever this bag of gold before the people kill the hostage.Orsoeus said:Lol in terms of side missions its one of the best games ive ever played. What could be improved is rewards for doing the 1000 side missions avaible.Judgement101 said:They need to make it less linear, give us side missions instead of go here, then there, then assassination, then here.
okay... but unless i'm mistaken Ac Brotherhood hasn't come out on pc yet, so you have nothing to whinge about just yet. I know ubi has online drm on pc, but really for Assassin's Creed, you need to play it on ps3. There's no substitute.TestECull said:Daedalus1942 said:What DRM? I only play on PC. The PC version has the most atrocious DRM ever concocted. You have to maintain a constant connection to Ubi's servers to play, and if you lose that connection you lose progress and are booted to the game's main menu.
In single player.
Hell. No.
I'm 100% for banning all DRM from ever existing. There's no way in hell I'm going to support such a draconian scheme. I sure as hell ain't going to support it by spending 60 bucks I can't come up with easily on a game I might not like.
They did that... the defending the assassin's castle without losing any hp mission (for 100% synch) took me like 12 tries.Greyhamster said:They should introduce difficulty settings. I want harder combat...
To buy a computer that will run AC:Brotherhood at a decent speed and quality, would cost roughly about the same price as the ps3 is today, in fact... probably a little dearer, so I don't see what your gripe's about.TestECull said:Unless the PS3 is on your tab that just isn't an option. Affording a PC that could game was hard enough and I had to garbage pick half of it. Other half is used relics from the glory days of Socket 939.Daedalus1942 said:but really for Assassin's Creed, you need to play it on ps3. There's no substitute.

Eventually I will get around to buying a used PS3 to play GT5, but the only reason I'll do that is because GT5 isn't available for PC.
