I finished the main story with ease and I did a lot of the side quests. Dragons are nothing to my character now, and I literally dont see what else I can do to have fun with the game.

I'm thinking of trading it in for uncharted 3 tbh

Start a new game and only use your fists.
Start a new game and only use what you can loot from enemies, no buying or making stuff.
Punch people.
Murder people.
Murder people with cabbages.

And so on and so forth.
Or trade it in. Trade in value should be pretty good still.

If you haven't done
-Every Daedric quest
-Every side quest
-Every Miscellaneous quest
-Raided every dungeon
-Found all Dragon Priest masks
-Found all 24 unusual gems
-played Dawnguard

You still have a lot to do.

People did the same stuff in Oblivion, and similar things in Morrowind..... I guess those don't have enough content either

Think of all the things you wanted to do but couldn't and see if a mod is available that lets you do it.

Try an orc run through.

Put yourself in the character mindset of a warhammer 40K orc.

Run around, shout WAAAGH, get more dakka.

Profit.

Seriously, it's surprising how funny this can be. Or maybe I'm just wierd...

All the side quests other than the guild ones are just meaningless fetch quests or go kill a bandit who will die in 20 seconds to your blade. I like I might trade is for both UC3 and Socery. I just read that both got marked down recently

Roleplay, make a new character, play by some rules you set for that character, etc. The possibilities are endless.
Really, if you have done most quests and then think there's nothing else to the game you're probably playing the wrong game anyway.

Stop what you're doing. Go play all the Daedric Prince quests if you have not already. Now.

When you get back: have you only played one character? Trying different skills and classes really keeps me coming back for more. If anyone tells you some of the skills are useless, be sure to include one of those skills in your character's build. They're usually quite useful (even if exploits or min/maxing could achieve better results) and a lot of fun besides. If you are a player who can take a skill for the fun and discovery of it, rather than the min/max sort, you'll get a lot more out of it. Not that there is anything wrong with the min/max sort, of course.

Also, get Dawngaurd. Just be aware that a lot of what you are paying for are additions to Skyrim as you know it already, (crossbows, spells, NPCs, companions, vampire lord, werewolves actually fun and worthwhile, etc.). The quests alone probably wouldn't be worth the asking price.

If you'll pardon a bit of self-promotion, I do have a little... challenge for those finding Skyrim a bit on the easy side. Yes, it's a mod; so this only really applies to the PC version, console users can't really do much. Here's an overview of what you'll be facing:

Sanctum of the Fallen Trailer[/youtube]

The mod, Sanctum of the Fallen [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19913/], is essentially a colossal dungeon intended for challenge-seekers. Boss fights are the primary focus, and there has been some effort to make them more than just a matter of running up and chopping them to death; nothing too advanced, but some "unique mechanics" were implemented to make fights interesting. At the very least, the bosses can take the punishment players dish out while giving back just as much.

---

As for other things to do, the one thing to keep in mind with Skyrim is that it's a sandbox-game at heart. If you're tired of the same-old questing and dungeon-delving, try something different! Anything, be it for laughs or a challenge; starting over and restricting yourself in various ways (making a "class", and then sticking to it) can be surprisingly entertaining.

What are you talking about? That game is designed for you to do dumb shit like that. It's meant for the player to do stuff that wasn't intended. And anyway, both morrowind and oblivion had people doing stuff like that too, it's hardly exclusive to skyrim.

How do I start the DAedric Prince quest. Too lazy to google tbh

You have to find them, some are random, some occur at different places

here's a list http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Daedric_Quests

All the Elder Scroll games are essentially a huge sandbox. It doesn't tell you how to play and lets you do whatever you want. Like many people here have said, use your imagination , set rules, basically role-play. Like right now I'm role-playing my character a nord pirate who has returned to his homeland seeking to take advantage of the ongoing war. Basically I can only use one handed swords and axes with no shield, light armour, and a crossbow. And I only take jobs for money.

Boom.

http://www.gamefront.com/skyrim-daedric-prince-quest-locations-guide/

I've found the best way to play Skyrim is to roleplay it: Don't make one character who does every questline and ends up leader of every guild and faction, make a sneaky, greedy khajit character that'll do anything for coin and never sticks their neck out for anyone, so they use a dagger to backstab people, wear light stealthy clothes and complete the thieves guild and join the dark brotherhood.
Make an intellectual mage that thirsts for knowledge, so they join the mage guild, do all the mage related quests and get sucked into anything else that promises rare knowledge or wisdom.
Make an Orc Berserker who is barely literate, and just loves to fight everything, doesn't think about questlines, takes every choice at face value.
Play a racist, nationalistic Nord that hates all other races and follows the Stormcloaks.

And if you have the PC version and you're still bored, Mod the crap out of the game! Get the eat/sleep monitor, get the mod that adds hypothermia if you get too cold, the civil war mod for extra battles, the extra monsters, deadly dragons, etc. etc. etc.

I've been meaning to make what I call a SoulThief character. He manipulates living souls with Illusion, binds them with Enchanting, steals them with Soul Trap to power his staff, and restores them to the body with Raise Dead spells. You may just call this a Necromancer, but my specific focus is souls and all things relating to souls.

Put the game's difficulty up. This improves the experience by a lot; the default difficulty is so pathetically easy that it really takes a lot of the fun out of things.

I for one think it's silly that you have to play a hapless wit who'll sell his or her own soul without a thought to experience some of the more interesting quests in the game.

This. A thousand times this.

If you need challenge run ideas:

No fast traveling
Can only use stolen items (nothing from chests or bodies, only pickpocketing/taking from a house/store)
Try a completely different play style (if you played a warrior, mage and thief, try being a sneaky mage or a necromancy-practicing warrior).

Alternatively, if you're into role-playing, you'll have loads of fun. I know a guy that has 300 hours on a single Fallout 3 character because of how much he role-played (Granted, role-playing isn't for everyone and how much fun you actually have may vary).

If none of those work...
