Stop what you're doing. Go play all the Daedric Prince quests if you have not already. Now.
When you get back: have you only played one character? Trying different skills and classes really keeps me coming back for more. If anyone tells you some of the skills are useless, be sure to include one of those skills in your character's build. They're usually quite useful (even if exploits or min/maxing could achieve better results) and a lot of fun besides. If you are a player who can take a skill for the fun and discovery of it, rather than the min/max sort, you'll get a lot more out of it. Not that there is anything wrong with the min/max sort, of course.
Also, get Dawngaurd. Just be aware that a lot of what you are paying for are additions to Skyrim as you know it already, (crossbows, spells, NPCs, companions, vampire lord, werewolves actually fun and worthwhile, etc.). The quests alone probably wouldn't be worth the asking price.
How do I start the DAedric Prince quest. Too lazy to google tbh
Boom.

I've found the best way to play Skyrim is to roleplay it: Don't make one character who does every questline and ends up leader of every guild and faction, make a sneaky, greedy khajit character that'll do anything for coin and never sticks their neck out for anyone, so they use a dagger to backstab people, wear light stealthy clothes and complete the thieves guild and join the dark brotherhood.
Make an intellectual mage that thirsts for knowledge, so they join the mage guild, do all the mage related quests and get sucked into anything else that promises rare knowledge or wisdom.
Make an Orc Berserker who is barely literate, and just loves to fight everything, doesn't think about questlines, takes every choice at face value.
Play a racist, nationalistic Nord that hates all other races and follows the Stormcloaks.
And if you have the PC version and you're still bored, Mod the crap out of the game! Get the eat/sleep monitor, get the mod that adds hypothermia if you get too cold, the civil war mod for extra battles, the extra monsters, deadly dragons, etc. etc. etc.
