also less retarded pokemon. i mean seriously, a bin bag and an icecream cone? had they run out of ideas and started looking out the window for stuff they could use? we're lucky their office wasn't opposite an "adult store"
*clears throat* some things the first gen pokemon were based of:
grass/psychic eggs that turn into a palm tree,
a rock which turns into a larger rock which turns into a boulder,
magnets that turn into more magnets,
sewage that turns into more sewage,
pokeball which turns into and upside down pokeball,

When will people learn that every gen has the same design problems. But over time the serious has been getting better but the bad is worse.

More retard, "offensive" pokemon, like the 9/11 one. I want a Holocaust one, or maybe a Chernobyl one would be awesome. For the record, I've never played Pokemon.
stuff that was wrong about the 9/11 pokemon
the giant chasm (it is not called not ground zero in the game) other side of the map from the building.
stopped building due to the weather not disaster
the pokemon is 9ft 10 inches

the people who got offended by it were looking to be offended.

Bring back the Poketch. Or at least a version of it. I don't need the C-Gear on the bottom screen all the time. I would like to be able to change it. Like maybe an option where we could put our party screen down there so we don't have to open the menu to see their health and status. Or the format in HG/SS, or a map of the region, or the daycare, anything.

Also get rid of Musicals. Yes you made the sprites animated again, after going back to static sprites twice, but I don't want to see the animated sprites dressed up in poorly fitting props jumping up and down. You could have least made it like the dance section in D/P with the Guitar Hero style mini-game.

Super Smash Bros: Pokemon Edition.

Seriously, there are 6 pokemon in Brawl already, and they have the switching mechanism down pat. It could be super fun if done right. Might take a bit of time to make all the pokemon and moves but it could be done.
I thought this as well after playing Brawl. They wouldn't have to do all Pokemon, just the fully evolved ones.

No. No one has noticed this because you can't go to the Orange Islands in Yellow.

I want to see:
Access to all the regions
Ability to get event legendaries without Wi-Fi / hacking (cos I can never bloody access a Nintendo compatible Wi-Fi connection)
Ability to evolve without trading (same reason)
Ability to catch starters in the wild even if it's only a small chance like finding some things with the Pokewalker in Gen IV (they can do it in the anime)

Charizard.

Where the fuck is my Charizard?
The whole reason I don't play these games anymore is because I can't get a goddamn Charizard.
Actaully, in the DS remakes of Silver and Gold you can get one. After you beat the Elite Four for the second time, you will beginning training heavily, because you have to beat Red(Ash). They changed it from the old versions by adding 7 levels to each of his team members, so they are between levels 80 to 88 now. After you beat him, you go to Professor Oak's lab in Kanto. He will congratulate you on your feat, and let you pick between the level 5, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander.

The same goes for the Gen 3 Hoenn starters, you go to the Silph Co. building in Saffron City. There on the first floor you will talk to Steven Stone from the Gen 3 games. He asks you what color stone you want and depending on what you pick, you will either get a level 5, Treecko, Torchic, or Mudkip.

The problem for me is I like all the starters.

I want it to be finally over. It's been stretched too far already.
This also, I don't want this beloved series turned into (more of a) cash cow.

I want the event pokemon to be more like DLC (as in, always available instead of a small time window you could easily miss.)

Actually as starting towns go for the games and then the series, since the series is very loosely based on the games:

It goes in order, region/city:
1.)Kanto/Pallet Town
2.)Johto/New Bark Town
3.)Hoenn/Littleroot Town
4.)Sinnoh/Twinleaf Town
5.)Unova/Nuvema Town.

Though, the show is really messed up. The only real fun thing about the show is counting how many times they screw up when it comes to comparing to the games.

The writers really don't know what they are doing. Take the intro-episode for Black and White, the narrator says that Ash is ten years old. I mean come on, he started out in the Kanto region when he was ten.

I know the show is for the kids, but do they expect people to believe that he traveled on foot on all the land of Kanto, Orange Islands, Johto, Hoenn, Kanto again(Battle Frontier), and Sinnoh, and competed in all the big tournaments in those areas(Each tournament implied to take place at a certain month, usually close to the end of the year), and that he did all that in less than a year.

If anything, Ash should be at least 16. Now his voice has changed over each of the region series, so that is some semblance of him aging, but with Black and White, they changed his voice and he looks a little shorter, so now he looks and sounds again like the whiny little kid that started out in Kanto all those "years" back.

I remember a review of the show by some guy, who pointed out how Ash seems not to age all that much during the years of the show. I'm thinking more and more that the guy was right. He said something to the effect that when Ash got shocked by Pickachu in the very beginning of the show, it put him into a coma, and all the journeying that people have been watching are just Ash's fevered coma dreams.

Real time combat would be awesome. Of course, then they'd have the make it a 3D game which if they put the TIME AND EFFORT IN they could do, well. Not like Battle Revolution or anything when they all just look like lumps of concrete mixed with an enemy from FFVII.

First Pokemon in the party follows. I loved this little feature - not sure why they got rid of it in Gen V.

Ability to travel to every region. If they made a MASSIVE Pokemon game in which you could choose which of the five regions you initially started in...then when you conquered them you moved to another, with new Pokemon....so good. Kind of like then did in Gold/Silver/Crystal when you could travel to Kanto (albeit that always felt like a kind of half-hearted addition as all there really was to do was the gym leaders). The only problem is once you've done one Elite Four your Pokemon are probably around level 50/60...so maybe it's mandatory - somehow - that you start with an entire new party or something? Figure it out, Nintendo...
All of this would be PERFECT for any future Pokemon game.

Pokemon Interaction- Having your pokemon following you was great, but the reason it worked so well was because it gave more of an emotional connection to those little electronic sprites that otherwise were just another part of the game. Allowing the player to bring any (or all) of their pokemon outside of battle could bring new depth to the experience.

Customizable Interface- Developers kind of missed the mark with the bottom screen. Personally, I don't use the global features very often, so I'd like ability to switch out different features on the bottom screen. Finally we could check the time, use key items, check up on our pokemon, and use HMs, all with the push of a button.

A 3rd person viewpoint in a proper 3d world, similar to Splinter Cell, or most RPGs, and the ability to take your pokemon out at any time, have them walking alongside you playing.

I would like to be able to go to any town you want from the start.
If the Pokemon, trainers, and gyms scale with your level, you can go to anywhere you want and still maintain a relative challenge.

Pokemon: World Version

You start with any of the starters and can go anywhere.

I want to design my own character's clothes.

I'd like to have my pokemon be fully interactable like Nintendogs, though how they program all 649 I will never know.

I want my pokemon to follow me every where, even in wireless or wifi areas or a battle frontier.

A battlefrontier that is massive, not just 5 challenges, at least 10
