Star Trek transporter, just beam the money out of the vault after hours without even setting foot inside the bank. It's the perfect crime, no witnesses, no evidence, and no need to evade the authorities after you leave the bank.
How about a lightsaber? You can cut your way in, insta-kill anything that touches the blade, deflect shots fired at you, and it's easily concealable! The only major problem is mishandling the weapon.
A Keyblade, duh. It'll unlock the vault in under a minute and kill anything that stands in your way in half that time.
Minecraft pickaxe. Just dig a tunnel to the vault and then fill in the block when you're done. Easy.
One of those mindwipe things from Men in Black. They let you reprogram someones memories to a degree, so you just go in, zap everyone, and announce that you're there to collect a deposit for the home office or something and stroll out with a bunch of cash and no one calling the cops till the actual higher ups call to figure out what's up with the cash deposits, and by then you should have been able to swap the cash out for bearer bonds or a bunch of easily resellable things, so no money trail to follow.
