People who pick arguments with me by misreading my messages, then think I'm arguing with them when I attempt to clarify where they misunderstood me. It's a trolling so subtle that they themselves are often unaware they're doing it.
So you're saying everyone but you is a troll?
Good example, if slightly too obvious given the context.
Just because my name has numbers in it doesn't mean I'm a troll, I bet you suck at MW2 n00b, why don't you go crawling back to your precious Galo!
The first example was better. This second one is too obviously just making noise for making noise's sake.

Hey guys, can you guys take it to private messages? KThanks.
Exactly what do you think there is to take there? We've just been illustrating how this particular trap works, which is on-topic.

Just about every trip wire, snare or pressure plate in Dragon Age. The games tells me "Trap Detected", I look around "Where?? Where??" then BANG

Baby Carriage traps.

OH WAI-

Every. Single. Time.
Think I'd learn that people don't make a habit of leaving random babies around the Wasteland? You'd think wrong...

Those traps in Fallout 3 and Oblivion, well moreso Fallout. Just today I was wandering in a sewer, i hear a noise and didn't think much of it. Turned out to be a grenade trap, and I survived with 2 health left.
Oh, and in that one level in BC2 with the trip wires that have enemies come at you. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Traps in MGS2/3. Specifically, claymores. I just kinda forget that they exist, even on replays of the games. I should recognize the area and either think A) Lie down or B) Get out mine detector....but nooooo

Do the spinning blade columns from God of War 1 count?

I have had problems with those bastarding things on every playthrough.

But in all seriousness, timed jumping puzzles are thing that I normally hate. It can often be hard to see where your character is going to land, which results in SPLAT! INSTA-DEATH.
Aw, but Bridget is cute. XD

Aside from which, this kind of 'trap' gets on my nerves...

... Because I have to live with the negative consequences of how and why it upsets people.

When I was playing DnD whenever the DM was unprepared for us to go to the next area we pretended that our party was in a loading screen. I would always search them for traps and usually one way or another a bear trap would end up on my face.

Pretty much every trap in DA:O and there's a lot of damn traps in that game. I should probably play with a rogue more often.
duel weilding rogue ftw imo

soldier is nice, but can't open up chests nor scan for traps, and then you can use a combo of sten and alistair for tanks and have morrigan rape in the background

What trap always "gets me" I guess would have to be mimics, because even though they are technically a trap to me there just a chest you have to smack around a bit. And they usually have good loot too. I really never have any trouble with traps in game, except for the stupid Fallout 3 ones that require skills to disarm them. I mean I am sitting there staring at it and it says i need more skill to disarm it! Its made from junk by brain-dead people how hard can it be! Just detach the dang grenades from the wire connected to their pins!

IWBTG players know what I mean.
Anything in IWBTG, really. But those goddamn things...

OT: Missile expansion packs in an otherwise empty room in Cave Story. "Nothing here, ooh look! A treasure chest!" "You got 5 more missiles!" *A boss appears out of nowhere* "OH SHIT!"

Every time...

Autoscrolling/vehicle sections in platformers. The Megaman series is pretty bad about this. Sorry, but I just don't have the reflexes of a particularly spry cat.

The traps that use treasure as bait. You know it's a trap. I know it's a trap. It's so completely obvious...but is the treasure real or not? Maybe it's something good - y'know, like a 'treasure chest challenge'? I should just take a peek and see for myse*splat*

Every. Single. Damn. Time.
