Bring back Boston Legal! That is my all time favorite show that had an all star cast. It was cut because the budget was too large per viewers. But that is expected when there are NO ads at all on the network. Not even for the series finale.

Survivor Man: That show was fun and entertaining. Just wish that he would want to continue and stay away from the music... :(

Shows that need to be executed:
The Lifetime channel: My Mom has about 40% of our DVR full of this crap.

Big Brother

I'm a Celebrity, get me out of here!: I say leave them there! They have a "hard life" when in reality they have makeup, good food/water, doctors, beds, etc. and yet they still complain! Let Les Stroud take them for a week.

I hear Futurama is actually getting a new series and i don't mean the straight to DVD movies they have been bringing out but a proper 26 part series, still haven't looked into this the only rumour that i have actually followed up on is the friends one of special which i know is being made.

Is it true Big brother is finishing please god say it is true so summer can be good again AND NO MORE BB LIVE NOTHING HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No mere rumour my friend, t'is true indeed! And yes, 26 episodes, Futurama is back. Glorious day, caloo callay!

Edit: Can't confirm the big brother thing, just remember hearing it.
It's probably the sound of your tortured soul aching and yearning for release.

The twentieth person to say "Firefly" gets an imaginary teddy-bear.

Oh, and "Robot Wars" is a great choice. I'd also go with "My So-Called Life".

I think it is good news like this that we should all do a imaginary cyber high five ready 1...2...3... High five... that was auesome and so is futurama.
loving the picture, you should just start another thread and see how many people actually give the cyber high five, anyone that does, you are always game and we will always love you.

I think Heroes should get canceled, that show has gone down the drain.

With you on Black Books! One of the funniest things I have ever seen! Spaced too but i can live with the loss as long as I get brilliant movies like "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz" to ease the pain...

There is only one show that should never have been cancelled: Carnivale!
Simply the best thing to hit the screens since Twin Peaks and I think it's better! That's right, BETTER!

Speaking of Carnivale, does anyone have any news about that show? I've heard rumors that they are trying to get funding or that they would be releasing the remaining chapters on some other format like a comic? The latter seems like internet BS to me....

Shows that should be canceled: (Please keep in mind that I live in Norway so some of the shows I mention might already be taken off the air, though ALL of the shows I mention still pollute my screen.)
- Joey (worst... spin-off.... EVER! Hell, worst SHOW ever...)
- Battlestar Galactica (Sorry people! I am a sci-fi fan but I cannot take that show for some reason)
- Lost (just kill them all and get it over with)
This is just the tip of the (gigantic) iceberg but I am tired and have to sleep now...
Battlestar Galactica was one of the best things on TV ever! Even if the ending was kinda "off".

Totally. I didn't watch the show religiously but I watched it off and on with my dad. (I was really liking it near the end. Gay cowboy episode.. The two lawyers decide to marry each other and such.

Spaced. Obviously. That wasn't exactly canceled, but dammit, I want at least a nice 2-hour special to wrap things up nicely.

I also think the canning of the Terminator TV show shouldn't have happened. Why do shows like that die while crap like the CSI shows go on indefinitely?

that one with the geico cave men! it was so funny but everyone condemned it as automatically bad because it was based off of some commercials. every show that has appeared on cartoon network ever sence i stopped watching it should be canceled. when a friend wants to watch it, nothing GOOD is ever on. speaking of which, they have got to put more than just a few shows on G4 and the Blackbelt channel

Nthing the want for more Firefly here.

Also, I am incredibly happy that the Jericho comic books are coming out this year, a bit more closure on the series is going to be nice.

Carnivale was another one which NEEDS to be finished, I remember when I found out that it had been cancelled and I just couldn't get my head around it.

On the topic of Black Books, i'm actually happy that it ended when it did. It wasn't dragged out until it lost all of its appeal, a lesson some American shows could learn. Just because you can make more, doesn't always mean you should.

I'm also insanely hyped for the Arrested Development movie, should it come to pass.

Gah, why do I always enjoy shows that get cancelled the most.

Firefly's a big one, as is Jericho, but there have been quite a few shows just this past season that got the ax prematurely. Sarah Connor Chronicles, the American take on Life on Mars, and The Unusuals were all great shows. The Unusuals is especially sad because it debuted at a time when no shows normally make a start and was barely given a chance. Despite that, it's hands down one of the quirkiest, funniest, and darkest shows on television. Sadly the offbeat shows tend not to make it very long, but these are precisely the shows that need their time to find an audience.

Also, Maximum Bob and Key West were two shows in either the nineties or early 00s that were up on the chopping block prematurely. Worse, unlike the previously mentioned shows, they never appeared on DVD. They live on only in the memories of those lucky enough to have watched and chuckled.

I want the show mxc back! I know it was sooo damn dumb, but thats what made it so funny for me. As for axing something, can i just say the channel mtv in all of its entirety needs to be killed off? MUSIC television my ass... >_>
I forgot all about that show, but I loved it. "The plumbers put the caulk in the crack. Well don't the porn stars do that too?"

A bit of play on words, but that's what that whole show was about.
