I'm very flexible looks-wise (although fake breasts are a big turn-off, and I like a woman who doesn't wear make-up): it's not just about one body part or one aspect, it's all in the proportions, how they all work together.
But what I really care about is brains and personality. It doesn't matter what she looks like: if she's a dumb bimbo, or acts like one (don't hide your strengths! Be proud of yourself!) then I instantly lose all interest. Same if she's mean-spirited, nasty, or close-minded. All of those things are like anti-boners for me.
On the other hand, if she's kind, friendly and intelligent and likes to discuss interesting topics until it's Way Too Late... hot damn!

As long as she's nice, has a decent personality, and willing to put up with my eccentric pursuits of knowledge and humor, then she's a keeper.

Smart, sweet, caring, loving, good sense of humor and sexy of course.

But note, that my definition of "sexy" is obviously subject. What I consider sexy, most people would consider cute.

I just want a girl who is respectful, that is all. Otherwise, I'm like Konata (except for her it was about guys), I just don't really have a "type".

Well it's understandable if you're fit yourself. If not that's being a serious douche.
Not fit per se, but I am thin. Anyway: overweight girls bring up images of my own fat mother, commando in her bathrobe, clipping her toenails. Can't get it up for a week after that thought.
*shivers*
o_O I take it back. Didn't consider that posibility. *shudder*

That reminds me of a piece of advice I read in an old novel: If you want to marry a girl, first take a look at her mother. Second, consider how she treats her father. That might clue you in in how things will go.

Applies for both sexes, of course.

I tend to enjoy a guy or a girl who makes me laugh, with similar taste. Wit, an optimistic attitude, and no religion are a help. I like people who like to travel, to go out and do things rather than rot in front of a television or have sex incessantly. (I'm more of a romantic, hardly obsessed with rampant humping.)
As for the physique, I find such a wide range of facial features and mannerisms attractive, labeling them all may take hours. For women, I prefer a chubbier figure, for men, a more toned/athletic build. NOT overly muscular, I hate that.

Not entirely sure. Last time I dated someone when we broke up I stopped being attracted to people and became more "How long until they need to be killed?" attitude towards people. Or "They'll betray me but they won't last". I really don't know.

Someone who I can be more or less entirely comfortable around.... Talk about anything with etc After this would come the substance factors, i.e intelligence, humour, open-mindedness. And finally last but not least would be looks. I don't really have eyes for anyone who is insanely attractive and way out of my league, I prefer a shy, cute girl.

Mainly girls that aren't extremely "girly", can actually think for themselves, and altogether are nice people.

As for looks... I'm not picky, but if I have to choose, than boobs that aren't the size of Pluto (not flat-chested, per say, I just don't like giganto-boobs), a slender build. I'm not saying "I don't like fat people" I'm just saying I like to look at a slightly smaller build.

As for turn-offs... tattoos, piercings, huge boobs (as stated earlier), and American Southern accents. I don't know why, but a Southern accent is not sweet and innocent to me. It's grating and piercing, like a rat letting out a call before it scurries into the darkness. Maybe it's the fact that half of my family is from the South and about ninety percent of them are assholes, so I think "family member, don't want incest and/or an asshole" and run away. Eastern accents, on the other hand...

The tall, dark, brooding type. Well, not really. I'm pretty okay with appearance - I don't have a specific type in mind, but I know just by looking at someone whether or not I find them attractive. So it really depends on the person. I either like the look of them, or I don't.

The ideal guy would like metal and videogames, laugh when I make a bad joke about a huge Xbox, not find my obsession with serial killers frightening, and not discourage me from protesting Scientology like 80% of my friends and acquaintances are prone to doing. And he would like Pink Floyd too. I don't think I could be with someone who didn't like Pink Floyd.

Apparently I like gay girls. Since I can only get in close with them. Straight girls avoid me like Friday the 13th just got real.

As far as looks go. Almost anything goes except I prefer women to look as if they actually care about their appearance to some degree.

But it's really the personality I look for. Same interests, similar tastes in music, Twisted sense of humor, and most importantly intelligence. But there has to be a balance, every girl I've met thats as smart or smarter than me has had that conceded personality like dating is below them.

Must take care of their appearance, not necessarily be stunning, they just have to care about how they look. I like 'em relatively curvy, slim girls turn me off like you wont believe. And they must be able to think for themselves...And a couple piercings and tattoo's is just a bonus for me :)

I like a nerdy person that can appreciate the things that I love. He/She needs to be laid back, relaxed, and personable. I can become too introverted, so someone a little outgoing helps me to be very charming and friendly. I don't care if he's not funny as long as he enjoys laughing along with me at things. I'm attracted to people who are sweet, considerate, and warm. He/She would have to be okay with me being fairly independent; I don't want to have to be there constantly for someone and I don't need/want someone to treat me like a child. Chivalry is different, though. A guy who is protective, without being overbearing, is very attractive. I'm usually the protective one when it comes to women. I like taking care of people (like cooking for them) as long as they don't think it's my job to take care of them. I would never want to be a stay at home wife and I don't want to be treated like one. I'll make you a nice meal as long as you don't demand it of me.

On the physical side, I don't really have much in the way of wants. I don't really like super skinny or muscular guys (I like 'em cuddly!) and for the most part that goes for women too. I teed to like brunettes, but I have a little weakness for red-headed women.

If you're nerdy (especially with history/anthropology/literature), enjoy cuddles, and being served chocolate chip cookies, I may be the lady for you.
