I wouldn't mind seeing Starkiller from The Force Unleashed survive. Thats the first one that comes to mind since thats the game I played most recently.

Even after beating him, I kinda felt sorry for him.
After all, he was the person who brought me to the academy and made me a hero.
I would never have come this far if he wouldn't have picked my character up in the beginning, and at the end he switches side because he's afraid of dying...
Ya, it was kind of a sad ending for him.

The loud scream with the wrong voice and twitchy animation, right after he's done using his last strength from being defeated, is fucking hilarious though.

This may not count, but, I've been playing Halo 2 for the first time, and on the level "Sandtraps" I didn't know Antlions would spawn if I stepped on the ground, some guy tried to warn me, but I rushed in recklessly, he was killed by the Antlions that spawned.

I hadn't saved the game in a while so the poor guy had to stay dead, but next play through, I'll try and keep him safe and sound

Standing on a rock near some sand was an NPC, when I ran near he yelled "Don't step on the sand! You'll attract Antlions!" I was already in full sprint mode so I hit the sand, and the Antlions came up, all he had to time do before he died was yell "Idiot!"

Sorry if I worded it a bit badly the first time, happens to the best of us right?

Yea i'd have to say johnson when he died in the game a was sad and infuriated *not spelled right* at the same time ...needless to say i picked up the spartan laser and freaking blasted that freaking piece of crap.
