I live in England we invented the modern age of technology and industry being the first country to move over to coal fired machinery and industrialization on a large scale.

We also invented many more things that I can't really be bothered to talk about

We also technically invented the modern world having the last influential empire, the British have changed the world dramatically from the expansions to the dissolution of the empire..

Godddamn freedom.

On a serious note America has brought us the F22 Raptor, the only sixth generation plane existing past prototype stages. With unmatched stealth, and the ability to fight one on one if needed the Raptor will remain a staple of modern warfare for years to come.

Oh and the Steam Engine, Cotton Gin, and all that other boring history crap that can't nuke a dandelion from fifty miles away.

-Lego
-Magnetic storing
-The speaker
-The dry-batteries
-Insulin
-Yeast
-The endoskop

-And the discovering of the connection between electricity and magnetism which led to the dynamo.
-The discovery of aluminium.

Romania:

In 1906 Traian Vuia invents the first true airplane that could lift off with only the the machinery on board.

In 1962 Ion Agarbiceanu invents the first gas based laser with infrared radiation.

Anastase Dragomir invented the ejection seat.

Petrache Poenaru invented the ink pen.

And most importantly Nicolae Paulescu invented the insulin shot.

Those are just some examples.
