What was the best or worst gift you got this Holiday Season?

Well I had a good haul this year. But there is one thing worth mentioning...

This lady who lives on my nans street gives me a gift every Xmas. I used to visit her with my nan every time I stayed with her and she was a super nice lady. I haven't been down there for a while (couple of years) but she still sends me gifts. She brought two Morrisons value Chocolate bars for me.

Yes, this is technically the 'worst' present. But the fact that she is on the brink of becoming senile and she can still find time to send me a gift in teh first place says alot to me.

Afterall, thats what Christmas is all about. Giving. And when I saw that chocolate. It really opened my heart.

The best for me was definitely the CASIO CTK-810 synthesizer my parents got me. It allows me to play just about anything I want to play without hassle. It's no Korg OASYS, but that would be brutal overkill, since I don't need it and just want it for awesomeness value. Plus, when I plug it into my Line6 Spider III it sounds fantastic.

The worst would be a book about sailors that I'm really unsure about.

Didn't get any bad gifts, my favorite though is a preordered digital download of Elemental: War of Magic off of Stardock's Impulse (can't wait to play it... been waiting forever for this one as it's my favorite genre).

Worst: Money, its just uncreative. Gift Giving is all about knowing the person and either knowing what they need or looking into the history you have with them. Money just seems like...

Not that money is bad, though... I just don't think it makes a good gift- ever.

Worst: Not sure, I haven't looked through the books I've been given, for looks: Simpson's annual (cringe) but I haven't been impressed with Dragon Age: Origins at all so far...

Best - iPod classic (all the other ones are crap and don't hold enough)

Worst - corn chip salsa...without any corn chips, delicious as it may be it's a little dificult to consume

I also got all sorts of other cool shiz, like a Beatles shirt.

All the rest (assorted clothing) fits best in an Average class.

Well, really I forgot this one for not being immediate pleasure; technically, however, it's not even a gift.
The news that I've been granted a scholarship in my University that gives me about 1800 euros in cash other than not paying anything related to it for this year.
