What was the game that made you a gamer?

i was gaming loads before this but the game that really made me a gamer... im sad to admit that 't was oblivion

i actually bought an xbox360 because i wanted it so badly and my pc would never run it

i don't really have any specific game that made me a gamer since all games just seemed to appeal to me in a diffrent way since they compensated for each other by having something the other lacked

but if i had to pick one i would have to say either donkey kong 64, super mario 64, or banjo kazooie since they always had a wide range of levels and it was easy enough for me a 5-6 year old (i forgot the exact age i started playing games) to play

Mega Man 2 nes, never before had I put the time and effort and tears and contollers into a game. I have been hooked ever since.

When I was 3 I discovered my dads game console under the cabinet. He plugged it into the tv for me and the only games we had was the Mario/Duckhunt combo. Rob the Robot games (yes, we had ROB) and we also had Faxanadu. Later I moved onto Zelda because I loved the TV show.

some car game on ps1, the toy soldiers game on ps1, some chinese robotic, poorly made spaceship game which i adored and still have, yet i still dont know its name..

and killzone 1 on ps2, i was a small lad back then, all those games back then seemed so amazing, while there's still sentimental reasons to play them, i cant stand them anymore, the look of them compared to now.. its like rubbing dirt in my eye's!

Hercules: Action Game.

It was the first game I got for my first console, the original Playstation, and I played it obsessively. The second game I got was FFVII. And then Crash Bandicoot.

But Hercules... I still have it, although I sold my PS and PS2 a long time ago.

i only really started seriously gaming about a 2 years ago, after i got oblivion.. but when i was young i played these really old games like mega race, warlords and DOOM 1, thats all i can remember for now... i still have an urge to find those games i miss them.
