Stephen King's IT.

Wonderful book.
Wanna float? Hear Hear. It was a freaking amazing book.

Incidentally the last book I read was also by Steven King, Cell.

Now King already did the "Humanity gets whipped out by something of their own creation," with The Stand (also awesome)but The Stand was about the morale issues of humanity nearly dying. Cell however is more about survival than anything.

i love the hate on this site for twilight and yet all the while people are evidently reading equally horrendous drivel.

pot. kettle. black.
You take that back.

World War Z is an excellent book.

The Virgin Suicides. Bloody amazing.
I'm currently reading 'Cradle' by Arthur C. Clarke and Gentry Lee.
Judging by the quality of the prose, I'd say it's more Gentry than Arthur. Yuck.
I'm also dipping into The Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley and re-reading some Kafka short stories.
I lack the attention-span for literature ><. Too much 'grazing'.

"Halo: The Flood". I am currently writing a fan-fiction based on Team fortress 2 called "Dustbowl Days".

I recently read last stand which is a ciaphas cain book (ciaphas cain being the main character) i've read all the books and love them. I'm a big fan of ciaphias cains personaltiy which tends to see him trying to duck and cover from the enemy rather than charge into them like a brain dead zombie nazi which btw we are seeing enough bring back uber soliders but i digress actually no i've pretty much finished...damn

Mrs. Dalloway, by Virginia Wolf, a book I must read for AP English before Summer Vacation ends.

It is a celebration of the mundane, the uneventful, the uninteresting, the Brittish...
