The Road by Cormac McCarthy.

I wanted to read the book before I saw anything of the film, so I could see what my imagination is capable of. Plus, I had been wanted to read the book for a long time time.

Great book. I keep going back and reading my favorite parts from it.

I've read it several times, but Fight Club was the most recent. I read it during my spare time at uni last week, and I might just make it a regular thing. I can't get enough of that book.

Fifth Business. Very thought-provoking, I'd recommend it. Also, I'm pretty sure I'm also a fifth business character in my own life... Damn!

Indignation by Philip Roth.

Great book. I've never read anything by this author before, and I read this book after reading a rather abstract review. A polemic on the American dream with all of its indefensible hypocrisy and baseness. Immense book.
