Rul-Ende from Ys Seven; oh hell fuck that, the whole chain of bosses leading up to it. But Rul-Ende took like an hour or something maybe more, I lost track while fighting that fucker. Picture the final battle in FF6 with the giant 3 tier tower thing, now you have all your party members fighting each of the 3 tiers making is pretty much 3 back to back boss battles. 3 fighting the bottom, beat that. 3 fighting the middle, beat that. Adol squaring off by himself against the top part, win game. Epic fight, but god damn is it long and difficult, and that's after you endure Scias and Tialuna...ok Luna is a bit of a pushover.

Well that's the longest one in recent memory, I know I've endured much longer but I can't remember.

KH: Birth By Sleep final chapter boss. I died that many damn times It was stupid. last form was a breeze though.

That and fucking Ventus vs Vanitas inside Ven. That final mode was plain bullshit and didn't outline wtf I had to do.
I can't beat Venitas with Aqua. In Peter Pan's world? THAT'S FRIGGIN' IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!
Oh fuck that fight was annoying, especially when he dives into the ground just to try and ass rape you. Thank god for regen barrier. But seriously, that fight was easy compared to Terras final boss....who you gotta fight AGAIN in the final chapter. The second that fucker lands a combo on you, your dead (well I played the game on critical but still).

Only part of Ventus vs Vanitas fight that sucked was the random QTE shit at the end. You're so dumbfounded by it the first time you got no clue what to do, and if you fail you gotta restart the fight. Though I found him pretty damn easy, have fun with Mysterious Figure and Vanitas' lingering spirit, unimaginable pain awaits you.

Chaos in Dissidia: Final Fantasy, on Inward Chaos mode with my LV.100 Sephiroth.

That fight...lasted 3 days straight...

4th of July weekend was intense...
Gee I knew he was tough, but not that tough; and you were even using Sephiroth, tsk tsk....you had it much easier. Have fun with the black jack course in duel Colosseum, where lvl 130-150 Chaos likes to show up. You will know true pain and despair.

Probably one of the Shin Megami Tensai bosses
Yeah I suspect this is the case for me too.
I remember the last boss of Persona 3 took a very long time and most of the Bosses in Nocturne (Lucifer's Call) were harsh. Especially the ones involving getting the true demon ending.

The Trumpeter still makes me shudder as even when you know what to do almost every choice you make has to be spot on as you get him near low health. I forget the exact mechanics behind the fight. Every so many rounds he uses a skill which alternates between fully healing the character with the lowest HP on the field and killing them, including him.

Definitely Yiazmat from FFXII. Though I must say I just put my characters on gambit autopilot and turned off the TV for 2 hours. When I turned it back on, it was dead.

The boss at the end of Quake, I really did not know what to do with it for several days.

Final Fantasy VIII. The final boss has 4 parts, and if your team goes below 3 members, you lose... Took me an hour of actual fighting, but I beat that witches brains out eventually.

Endurance fight for getting the final Stray Bead in Okami.

Took me roughly fifty minutes to come out of there clean. Phew that was a hectic fight. x.x;
