Some ones off the top of my head: Arnuad from Wild Arm's 4 his whiny/cocky attitude bug me, Teddie from Persona 4 in bear costume, out side of it I find him hilarious but when in the TV world I hate him for the damn bear puns,stupid battle commentary and that squeaky noise he makes when he walks. I love Persona 4 but Teddie just bugs me quite often.

Noober from Baldur's Gate. He was supposed to be annoying though. He would walk up to the party, and initiate dialogue every couple of minutes until you left town, killed him, or (my personal favorite) turned him into a squirrel.

Vanille from the new final fantasy makes me want to cut myself. In fact pretty much everyone in Final Fantasy 13 annoyed me. Most of all would be Snow and his annoying habbit of doing that air grasping grab thing. What is that supposed to be? It looks like he's riding an invisible train.

Claptrap. It had to be said, easily the most annoying character in any game.

Tidus from FF10. Man, he is the quintessential dumbass hero character. Almost everything anything any character ever says to him he answers with a variation of the phrase "bwerghh?"

Also, his stupid blonde hair, girly face and stupid dungarees annoy me as well. How can anyone dress like that without thinking "yep, I look like a complete berk."

Proto Man in Megaman 3. Jumps and shoots, jumps and shoots, jumps and shoots... I think you get the picture. An annoying mini-boss.
