To me, it looks too much like those old WW2 girlie photos and not in the good way. By that, I mean that it looks like someone drew her rear and tried to get it by as the real one. If not that, I think it's either photo shopped. If not that, then artificial. I don'y know if it actually looks like that but I've never seen one that looks like that (and I live in FL where women walk around in bikinis...:) )
Any magazine cover of the last decade at least is photoshopped to "perfection." You might not remember this, but back in the 90s Sports Illustrated got hammered for the touching up of Tyra Banks on the cover of the swimsuit edition, because lets face it, her booty was much bigger than that.

Well, in response to the OP:

1) How is that related to Modern Warfare 3?

2) Why does she have to have respect for some weird costume she's wearing?

Why the hell do you care? I don't get the point of this, and seemingly getting upset because Lady Gaga is wearing some weird costume on the cover of some not-at-all-important magazine is just ridiculous.
Now, I know it's bad form to quote the OP, but still:

What is that even supposed to mean?

When I saw it I thought:

"Why is she on the cover, and articles on the war, the BP disaster, and something about some place called Bannaroo in tinny little text next to her?"
Yes, I'm a stick in the mud when it comes to people learning about issues and politics and not just oogling the popstar of the minute.

I know, and it still annoys me. I do respect Lance Armstrong because he calls the magazines out for photoshopping him. One time for making his arms look bigger and another time because they added "BFD" to his shirt, and those are only the times I know of.

Has anyone seen her music videos? Now that's some scary stuff.

I always wonder does anyone actually find her attractive.

Lady Gaga fascinates me. Her music starts to grate after a few listens, but the way she's managing her stardom is frankly unprecedented. Is she avoiding the typical breakdowns and insanity of superstar-dom by being deliberately insane? I'm not sure. But I DO know that she really can sing, and her tracks are so heavily 'produced' because it appears the mass market has been conditioned to fear real talent when displayed raw.

But yeah, the Alejandro video is her strangest yet. I mean, I could even make some sense of Bad Romance, and the lyrics at least have something to do with it. For this new one, you might as well treat the song and the video as completely different things.

Well, I never thought I'd say this about another man... But nice arse love (provided it hasn't been shopped). As for the fellow him self?... I don't care to be honest, I think he's just about hit his 15th minute. Well he's going to hit it soon... Few years down the line we won't even know who he is.

I do like his songs though, they are catchy. However the guy himself seems like an egotistical dick.

What's the big deal? Are we not used to her crazy antic by now? Besides, we already saw her with breasts on her guns...I mean guns on her bazookas...I mean... in the Alejandro video.

It's tragic of all the fakery in photography now. I can't stand how they have to chop everything to make it look better, when the flawed natural beauty of a woman is (to me, at least) far preferable to some manufactured "perfection"

"yawn"....Schmeh.
Yes Lady Gaga, we see you. Nothing she does really bothers or impresses me. When you are different and outrageous all the time, it just becomes mundane.

Don't know anything about Modern Warfare, any of them. And you're gonna have yo explain to me how it's possible to disrespect a gun, if that isn't too much to ask.

For those too lazy to google.

Well what do you expect? She's making up for her mediocre talent by wearing the most exotic, and ridiculous clothing she can find, and by doing that, is extending her 15 minutes of fame. I say "POWER TO YOU, YOU CAPITALISTIC B***H!"
i see nothing wrong with her picture really... she's got a rather insane fashion sense but decent music.

Plus, it causes annoying confidence issues in women. I mean, I understand that people want to look good but my wife is beautiful but still criticizes herself, comparing herself to the photoshopped and surgically enhanced barbie dolls that you see on TV...then again, I'm trying to get "ripped" so whatev.
