How would you keep the microwave from killing all organic life around it. (It would be much more effective on organic creatures than it would on machines)

You assume I care about organic creatures. And a lot of microwaves continue to work just fine if the door is broken. If I wanted to be excessive, I could just loot a whole lot of microwaves and build myself a nice little fortress (of massive power-seepage and fire safety hazards) with microwaves around the perimeter. Besides, I like a nice fistful of toasty popcorn with my robot apocalypses.

Yes its their fault for having Find Me on all the time, it urinates all over battery life so of course the robots are going to be sloppy and not notice my sneakiness
