Tempted to say EMP Bomb, since you can make an EMP burst using mundane explosives and an electric current. Think Oceans 12. They do exist. The problem is that EMP is pretty easily countered by a Faraday cage, meaning most likely, an EMP burst would fry the civilian electronics the resistance is using, and not effect the robots. So I'm going to have to go with giant electro magnet.

My friend he can unintentionally destroy any technological device plus he's tiny so i could strap him to my back like master blaster

A magnet or an EMP are the logic choices, but since someone already took them a water gun

I would like to note that I actually found a book on this exact topic. It was written by a guy who was working on a robotics degree. Here is some of the advice he gave. Androids: get them on uneven terrain, push them over, and take that chance to destroy something vital. Gecko bots: if it gets on your face, peel it off and smash it, if you enjoy having skin on your face, DO NOT PULL. Giant walkers: similar to androids, but you might want to get some of your friends to help you out, or you could lure it into a canyon or between two buildings and cause an avalanche. Smart homes: have a safe room that the house doesn't control at all, the house knows you so be unpredictable, be on guard, the house will try to use psychological warfare on you, get a sledgehammer/axe and give your home an Extreme Makeover. Robo-cars: get off the road as fast as you can. Robotic flys/roaches/mice: same way you get rid of the real ones. UAV: stay out of sight.

EMP works, if the robot isn't hardened against it. He had a good idea for an EMP grenade. It's basically a pipe bomb wrapped in copper wire with a capacitor attached, but I don't have a specific design.

a toy monster truck, a long string, and a infant.

tie the string around the infants leg, then attach the string to the monster truck, then make the monster truck drive away dragging the crying infant.

Perfect Distraction.

KOTOR taught me that Ion weapons do the trick. Well noly like + 1-4 damage on droid actually.

Or just do the obvious thing, use an EMP.

major Robot Bukkake.
No.

OT: Well, one of those electricity infused guns from Bioshock. Or the classic paradox upload. Or an EMP

I would get some radar-avoidance nanobots (devoid of AI, please) and thus be invisible to robots.

I would tap them on the shoulder AND THERE WOULD BE NOTHING THERE!

Electromagnetic Pulse gun.

IRL: Probably an assault rifle with armor piercing rounds

Johnny Number 5.

Failing that...a tank. A big tank, like...a challenger. And when I run out of 120mm HESH shells - I can run them over!

i would get a seismic gun to speed up the rotation of the outer core, thus creating a stronger magnetic field which does two things,
1: pulls all robots into the earth as they would be effected by the magnetic field,
2: the field would fry their electronic brains.
Check and Mate
That would work with things made out of iron(steel), nickel, and cobalt. What about things like stealth bombers that are made out of polygraphite? A lot of robots that we have now are made out of aluminum neither of which are affected by weak magnetic fields like the ones that can be provided by the earth. I am pretty sure the field you would need to affect all the metals would start affecting water (you know, 70% of us).
But you forget, "if you make a weapon, make a way to make it ineffective against you", i will have designed a suit of armor, which counters any magnetic fields (screwing up my compass :( ) by creating an localized opposite polarity field around the armor, also this armor can bend all wavelengths of the light spectrum around me (some people have created miniature cloaking devices http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/01/090115164530.htm ) making me invisible to everything. PS: it runs off cosmic radiation, so it will never run out of power.
