As for me, my mottoes are:

My life is full of inactivity (trouble finding motivation to do anything, because all is futile) or wrong decisions (jobs, education). In everything I do or am about to do, I try and find out if it means anything for me. So if I hate it, I will stop doing it, which brings me to "I won't live life doing things I hate. Life is too short" or something like that.
