In fact my superpower would be the ability to swap superpowers.... but it requires permission.

Since I'm an American, I'm going to use a stereotype for this example...

I'm going to be able to use magic, but the incantations have to be food related.

For example, "Pound Cake" would send an enormous fist made of hardened pound cake at my enemy.

Or "Pork Chop", which roughly does the same thing as "Pound Cake", just as a meaty chop.

Atmoic Fireball would be....well....a fireball. 'Nuff said.

Wild Cherry Blaster would be a cherry-colored laser.

Pop Rock Block would make a wall made out of....pop rocks.

Banana Split would make a clone of myself and it could be used repeatedly to create an army of me's.

Root Beer Barrel would be my own personal force field.

Green Bean String would summon green bean vines from under the earth to do my bidding.

Cherry Bomb would explode after the word "Bomb" is said.

Ice Cream Freeze would freeze an enemy or an area using Ice Cream.

Pixie Stick would allow me to use the stick as a Gambit-style staff.

Lemon-Aid would allow me to heal others.

The list could go on and on...

EDIT: OH, and Root Beer Float would allow me to negate the effects of gravity for myself or others.

EDIT #2: Lemon-Lime Lightning, a dual-colored lightning attack.

EDIT #3: Thought of a couple new ones! Bubble Gum Bubble would envelop an enemy or an area in a pink bubble. Once it is breached either from the inside or outside, it explodes and traps all in the vicinity in a mess of sticky pink gum.

The second would be Watermelon Balloon, which would be like a giant water bomb. If the word Barrage is said after Balloon, it turns the giant water bomb into hundreds, or even thousands, of little water balloon; in either case, it would soak the area or person(s) and be an excellent way to set up a more effective Ice Cream Freeze or Lemon-Lime Lightning attacks. Or to stop fire and such.

Better idea: one user names a super-power and another user restricts it.

I'll start by choosing Mind Control.

you have to be able to get in the same frame of mind as the other person first, for example, you can't mind control someone in a blind rage without going into a blind rage your self, or someone who is extremely calm, you have to have to calm down first. Combined with someone who can just tweak emotion and this would be brutal.
The ability I choose for you to limit is time stop.
Another super power, full scale world teleportation, but I have to know the EXACT conditions of the place before I can teleport there, for example, I have to know exactly what I would sense once I teleport there with my five senses, the smells in the air, the feel of the temperature, the sights I would see, the sounds, etc etc.
