What would you do if Brink sucked?

because looking back, a lot of games were hyped this year and were not as good as expected.

How would you guys react, because if I remember, a lot of people were praising it for being 'unique'

I only buy games I know I'll enjoy, with a combination of reading reviews and my own research into the game.

I hope Brink is good though, it looks interesting.

I think what'll get me is playing it safe in campaign as a slow, armored soldier is gonna detract from the fun. I don't know why, but I can't get into the whole fast reckless play style easily.

If I bought it and it sucked, I would return it, and buy something pre-owned so I can get my power-up reward points.

My friend wants me to get this game so that all of our circle of friends will have a game to play.

But if it sucks, I probably won't get it at all. I don't really care for it and I'm definitely not all that hyped, but it would be cool to not be so damn lonely with my games all the time.

I'm not planning on touching Brink with a fucking stick. The "hype" they've produced makes me want to puke in my own mouth and then swallow it down again.

Brink looks bad imo. I dont get what people see in it. Yet another "teamwork" shooter in yet another post-apocalyptic holiday resort.

Games are not as good as expected, if they're expected to cure cancer and be the ever unattainable holy grail of everything.

Once that is established; most new games are fucking brilliant.

I have no idea what Brink actually is besides a shooter so, If its really good I may get it but as it stand I doubt It'll be in my collection

I read a preview that said everything was great, except there was no sense of connection when you shot someone. Or in laymans terms, "everything is great, except its no fun to shoot stuff"
