Merlin ages backwards and remembers the future (because it all happened when he was younger). So assuming he hasn't turned into a little sperm wriggling around looking for an ancient ballsack to crawl into (you're welcome for that image) he'd be a baby around now.

he ages backwards and remembers the future, so lets say he died in 1900, was born in 2000. he'd essentially be time travelling backward at the exact speed as us. firstly, he'd have to learn to talk backwards, but fuck it, he's a wizard, why the hell not. but say you meet him in in 1980, you're both 20 years old. you both want a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. if you perceive him to make and eat the sandwich as normal, in his reality, he'd be throwing up and reassembling a sandwich, which doesn't sound very delicious. but if he made it in HIS time reality, the forward travelling person would then him pulling sandwhich chunks out of his mouth, putting the sandwich back together, scraping the peanut butter and jelly off and putting it back in the jar. would the contents then be covered in his saliva, or would the saliva exchange happen in his time reality? would you then feel comfortable eating that same jar of jelly?
