Go into shell, take 1 damage...with 50% health left still have 10K health. Not hard at all, just annoying as can be. I'd also play song that never ends http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPad75_rNNU on an endless loop to test their endurance.

Moves: Since it's my own personal safety and I'm an instigator, I'd do near-instant-kill moves alot.
Lines:

Clothing:
Shirt removed and replaced alot, pants will fly off for a few seconds for distraction.
A Glove will smack them in the face if they fail a quick-time event.
well i thought donkey kong would act more realistic if he chucked hes doodoo at mario lol
but boss moves that have always anouyed me is where by them attacking you heals there life like they undoe all you hard work by gaining and killing you at the same time.
Internal Diolouge:"Spam area attack, spam shockwave attack, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam till the protagonist inevitably brutally kills you and takes your head as a trophy!!!"
