What would you like to see in FF14?

What I'd like to see? Other payment options BESIDES god damn credit cards. I still have that fifth anniversary version still lying around somewhere, but I never got around playing it, BECAUSE I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD!

Other than that, I've heard FFXI had only a bit of solo-gameplay, they might want to work on that.

Oh, and as was pointed out in that one Unskippable episode [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/unskippable/778-E3-Trailers], airship designers that AREN'T STUPID.

It's an MMO. Meaning, that even if they were in it, they'd be unplayable. And believe me, the game would not be improved by Cloud's presence AT ALL. It's not like he'd say much.....he'd just stand looking at the scenery and complaining about himself..

1. colorful art maybe even cartoony or exaggerated because the blandness of 12 sucked hard
2. good story since without this the game isnt worth playing
3. interesting game mechanics that draw me in and let me control my characters for fks sake maybe even tactics style would be good but no 12 style
4. good music

I dont want to see any more FFwhatever games; I stopped being interested in Final Fantasy after it moved off the NES.
On an only vaguley related note, I found "Skies of Arcadia: Legends" to be slightly more additive than crack (and only slightly less addictive than WoW) but you could draw up a list of similarities between the two games a mile long. Can anyone explain why this is? Or am I just loony?

Having everyone complain about the number of installments in the series was not quite what I was hoping for, but I suppose it can't be helped if noone has anything positive to say about it.

I totally agree with this one, at times the FFXI world could be extremly dull, especially Bastok and gustaberg. I always looked more fondly on Windy and Sandy, even tho I was a diehard bastokan myself hehe.

As for the music, I thought there were quite alot of nie scores in there. For example:

But if I'm gonna go with one thing, I mainly just hope they stick with the jobsystem for sevral reasons. I loved focusing all efforts on 1 char, I've always had trouble coming up with multible char names that I was happy with and to not needing people remember all your alts in a guildchat
