Professor X. That way I'd be so smart that I can just get every single mutant power in the world and become the ultimate killing machine...minus the floaty wheelchair.

I'd like Deadpool's or Wolverine's healing ability but I think I'd overall go for Wolverine as his other abilities are simply cooler.

Didn't Deadpool regenerate from just a thumb once?

I've always wondered about that, what if you cut Deadpool or Wolverine exactly in half. Which half regenerates or do you get two? as that would be cool, plus how does Wolverine's adamantium skeleton regenerate?
well...Deadpool isn't a mutant...OR an X-man...(although far as I'm concerned he's THE man) so those don't work for you guys. But I've read that Deadpool's is actually a little stronger than Wolverine's, apparently he can actually "will" it to heal a bit faster. And thanks to Thanos (I'm pretty sure, I haven't read a lot of the older stuff just yet...) Deadpool also has a cursed immortality. But I digress...(and could also be completely wrong...but he ISN'T a mutant or X-man, I KNOW that...)

I like how no one has said Rogue's. Is that because her powers are turd? :D
actually now she has full control over how much she takes and can touch people all she wants...kinda nice for her...but again I digress...

If I had to choose...it'd be between Iceman or Colossus, leaning more toward Iceman

I read almost all the current X-men comics, and have been for the last 3+ years...I'm no expert or anything...so...don't quote me on anything! lol

Deadpool. It's pretty much wolverines healing ability but it comes with an added sarcastic wit.
Sorry to be that guy but deadpool was not born with those powers

Anyway i would probably go with Prodigy's powers - able to absorb and use other people's knowledge and skills.

Telepathy would be horrible, people's minds have a million things running through them at once, many of them not pleasant, while this isn't bad because most people don't ever act or truly wish the thoughts in their mind, it would be disturbing...

As for me, Shadow Cat.

I want Storms weather control powers, she's amazing! ^_^... just to be cool like, but if I wanted ultimate power, I'd go with Professor X. Being able to make people do exactly what I want, I'd be running the planet within 24 hours.

Mystique, minus the whole originally being blue thing. It'd be fun to be able to become pretty much whatever you choose. And it would make mimicking someone that much funnier.

I'd totally have Nightcrawler's abilities.
Or hell, I'd even settle for just the appearance.
I'd love to be blue and have a tail.

Failing that, Magma's powers.

Professor X, and the ability to be mistaken for Captain Picard.

No, in all seriousness; mystique. Telekenesis is fine and all, but immediately associated with destruction. shapeshifting feels more like general mischief...

Prof X for pure win.

Also it should be noted that Magneto can change the Iron in your blood and kill you.

Jean Grey's telekinesis.

Always wanted that power.

Or Prof. X as long as I don't have to be crippled.

Forge. I would be able to build anything i could imagine. And if i decided i like your powers more i could just build a machine to steal them.

Wolverine's healing ability and claws. (I know he wasn't born with adamanitum claws, but he was born with claws)
