Anything that has to do with politics really but mostly Immigration
The policy seems to be one more couldn't hurt, right? Anyone not granted stay here and it's f***ing brought up in media.

I don't consider it news when we occasionally say: Sorry, half of your country is already staying here and you are known to have terrorist connections, please go home.

The reason it's news? His damn wife and son was let in 2 years ago.

While on the subject, the news media is a goddamn joke. /angry rant
I second this. Our immigration policies are ridiculous to say the least.

Yeah, on this subject I'm pretty fed up with the ridiculous extreme right-wing bent and fear of immigrants that has become rather commonplace in Scandinavia.
Crazy politicians are doing what they can to prevent immigration and integration of the immigrations already here, all the while the population in most if not all scandinavian countries is dwindling and WE NEED THE FRESH BLOOD.
But apparently, more votes through fear-mongering is more important than planning for a society that'll still be able to sustain itself a couple of generations down the line.

Sweden: I hate when people are complaining about non-issues, like our immigration policies, or the royal house, or why the super market doesn't have ten different kinds of apples.

We live in one of the 'best' countries in the world. Stop complaining, or move somewhere where you don't have free healthcare, free education, free... well everything almost.

Australia.

The compulsory voting (just put it in the politicians as well).
The lack of adult rating of video games.
Television programing.
The actually mean-spirited sense of humour towards males.

I would not have a problem with it if more were to learn and use a language I can understand.
I want to understand and be understood be it a taxi-driver or a doctor.

I don't care if it's a "scary middle-eastern" or german, spanish, french, it's the inability to communicate that bothers ME.

We need more people? You may be more informed on the subject than me but to me it does not feel that way.

More votes? Nononono NOO! I'm not an elitist cockhole nor a racist, I'd rather vote retarded flower-power than right-wing

Ton's of shit no one has brought up yet: the jailing system, standardized testing, student loan debts, banks, unessential warfare, apathetic and careless bigots and housing scams.

I can't speak for Sweden, but Danmark, Norway and Iceland at least have a declining population and I'd be surprised if Sweden didn't. Its pretty much a scandinavian/western european thing, not enough people wants to have kids.
I'm not disagreeing that immigrants should be able to speak the language in the country they live in, but I feel that the primary responsibility for integrating immigrants rests on the government, a task they've sorely neglected ever since all those turkish guestworkers back in the 70's.

I live in Scotland, so it's often cold and wet, or just plain cloudy.
Lucky for me, I live in statistically the sunniest town in Scotland, on the east coast, so I suppose I can't complain.

Soo... I'll just complain that every newscaster calls Holyrood 'HOLLYrood'. It means 'holy cross', not a part of Los Angeles!

You pretty much nailed it. The media is retarded. The big newspapers doesn't even try to use any research about drugs when they write articles, they seem to just make things up. How are newspapers allowed to do this?

While on the subject, way too many take the newspapers as fact and I really hate that.

Also, we take in WAY too many immigrants(no I don't hate them, we just don't have the space to take everyone in the world that lives in a shitty place)

I live in America so I got quite a hefty load of things to say.

-I hate how our politicians spend more time pointing fingers at each other and arguing rather than actually solving problems.
-I hate how many freaking scandals our leaders get in which disgraces the good name of the office they represent.
-I hate how we don't have socialized medicine.
-I hate how our government just idly stands buy as big corporations sell off our country bit by bit like we are some sort of prize on an international auction and thus leading us into very heavy debt.
-I hate how our leaders don't wisely determine how much money we need to both spend and save in order to get us out of debt rather than simply blaming who got us into this mess.
-I hate how we are unwilling to touch the Military Budget, even if we cut it by a few hundred billion dollars we would still be spending more money on our Military than the rest of the world combined, we don't need that much for our Military to function.
-I hate our religious fundamentalism, our Constitution says that people should be allowed to worship in peace which these movements do quite the opposite.
-I hate how some American citizens act like we are the greatest country on Earth, we have achieved much but we are far from being God's gift to the human race.
-I hate our declining education standards, a country that some 60 odd years ago created the nuclear bomb and brought forth the Atomic Age, among other amazing technological achievements, should have enough damn pride in itself to give his citizens quality education.

I guess I'll stop there, I really could go on and on.

New Zealand.

The entire education system save Correspondence because NCEA and Cambridge are just shit.
The new anti-file-sharing laws.
The pricing on things.
The lack of anything legitimate.
The way the media emphasises rugby like it's the last thing on Earth.

I hate how much Americans, hate on America. It annoys me how much they think the grass is greener on the other side. I Am not a nationalist but i believe we should all have some pride in a our country instead of just hating every little problem. Think we have issues go live in Syria, see who really has problems.

As hate how some many countries call us ignorant, and stupid. While they don't even realize by them calling us ignorant is just them being ignorant them selves by believing into stereotypes.

Hate how people believe socialized healthcare will fix everything, look at our politics as it is now. Do you really want those same people in charge of our healthcare.

THAT is not an angry rant.

I'LL show you how to angrily rant...

I'm American, and I hate the hell out of my country.

I hate the corrupt and inept politicians, ready and willing to throw the American people - all people, and the Earth itself really - under the metaphorical bus for the sake of maintaining their own short-lived self-security.

I hate the violent and short-sighted military leaders that use my fellow countrymen (and women) as pawns in various world-wide schemes to control the balance of power in their favor (regardless of the long term effects on innocent foreigners, which may well drive them to become the next in a long line of enemies forged by our own hand), and are perfectly happy to see them die or be tossed aside after their perceived use has been fulfilled.

Perhaps most of all, I hate my fellow countrymen, past and present, for constructing a nation built on hypocrisy and greed, and for letting it progress to the point where our representatives - men and women who have essentially sworn an oath to serve the people, to represent the interests of their fellow countrymen, above and before their own personal interests - are little more than power-hungry, money-grubbing snake-oil salesmen, shouting during their election campaigns about the action they will take, and then taking no actions when their victory is achieved - aside from those which might grant them further wealth or prestige.

We've let it devolve a point where our military leaders are but government-sanctioned warlords, sending forth their servile dogs - US servicemen and women, once a symbol of loyal citizens willing to give their lives to protect the interests of their bretherin, now little more than an organization of hired thugs and underachievers, treading towards a meager paycheck over the bodies of the ignorant and the naive - to battle enemies of our own construction.

I hate it how the majority of my countrymen continue to have no concept as to why much of the world hates and fears us, even as we send forth wave-after-wave of heavily-armed, morally-questionable individuals to fight a threat that originally came about because our own leadership, greedy and short-sighted even then, made poor choices in whom they would 'get into bed with' politically - something they continue to do to this day.

I hate that the system of corruption and greed and stupidity has become so powerful, so utterly entrenched in the minds and mannerisms of my people, that there is no hope for recovery, no chance of fixing a corrupt system from within that system - if it even deserves to be fixed.

Frankly, I hate us. All of us.

I hate that we are so caught up in our individualism, so focused on trying to be special and unique and important, so driven to seek pleasure and contentment in our short pathetic lives, so proud are we that we believe we are safe to indulged in delusional fancy, to throw off our cares and sink down into a mire of video games, celebrities and 24-hour television, to claim ourselves 'superior', 'dominant', perhaps worst of all, to believe we have the capacity to 'conquer nature'; to all of which, I laugh contemptuously.

Our entire species could be wiped out in the blink of an eye, with very little effort on nature's behalf, and it is entirely possible few - if any - of us would even be aware of the impending doom. It does not have to be this way.
Yet, many of us proudly seek a calling that will in no-way-whatsoever improve the world.
We call ourselves 'actors', 'game designers', 'professional athletes'.
We do unimportant work, keeping ourselves busy and earning wealth - often utterly undeserved.
We dream of realities that don't exist, ignoring the innumerable wonders of our own world, of one another, in favor of well-presented lies.
We close ourselves off into our tiny microcosms, claiming to ease the stress and burden of merely existing by sheltering within a miniature World of Us, wherein we can shut out the greater reality - that our species is floundering in shark-infested waters, crippled by the divisions we build, blinded by our fear of the unknown, and praying, wishing, hoping that something will come forth to save us, even as every back-handed attempt proves more of a farce than the last.

I hate that the metaphorical sharks will eventually arrive, but moreover, I hate that I wholly believe we will deserve whatever happens to us when they come.

... And THAT is how you angrily, perhaps even psychotically, rant.

Im sorry but what? how exactly does corporations sell off our country? I mean sounds like your against anything that isn't socialized.

and for military statement, totally false. Granted in 2010 we spent 500 billion dollars more then 2nd country. But were no where near spending more then total combined amount of the world. Primary reason its so high at the moment is that were in 3 "conflicts". Also they have cut military spending quite a lot actually, my sign on bonus for another 4 years has been cut by 1/7th of what it was 3 years ago.Hell some months i get half my paycheck due too some bullshit going on in DC. Waiting list for any branch in the military has 1 year+ waiting list due to cut backs. Please do some research before stating facts.
