More powerful(Read: not useless) archery. More spells, more specialization, a little more balance between the specializations, and in general more customization. Maybe add a 5th tier to all spell and talent trees. That way, a warrior/rogue can't have all the talents they want at 20th level. Having to make a choice, not just getting everything, would be nice.Da Mann said:Don't get me wrong, I liked the first one, but I'd like to see improved combat myself. Anyone have any other ideas as to what they'd like to see?
Ah geeze, I forgot how shitty archery was.spartan231490 said:More powerful(Read: not useless) archery. I quite liked the combat but then again perhaps it just didn't work on a console. Did you play on PC or console?Anti Nudist Cupcake said:Fun combat.

Played on pc, the slow combat with mmo controls made me sleepy.WelshDanny said:I quite liked the combat but then again perhaps it just didn't work on a console. Did you play on PC or console?Anti Nudist Cupcake said:Fun combat.
ANYWAY, This developer diary shows a lot of the changes that are being made. http://bit.ly/eKRfri
They all good pretty good in my eyes, and I'm glad the PC version will still have the option of using tactical stop start combat.
Console player here!WelshDanny said:I quite liked the combat but then again perhaps it just didn't work on a console. Did you play on PC or console?Anti Nudist Cupcake said:Fun combat.
Nightmare ay? Obviously the game was made easier on a consoleOnyx Oblivion said:Console player here!WelshDanny said:I quite liked the combat but then again perhaps it just didn't work on a console. Did you play on PC or console?Anti Nudist Cupcake said:Fun combat.
It's still very tactical, about the only thing you can't do is order units to move around when paused, you can only change targets, making them move to another. You can't just say, stand back here, away from my Firestorm! Actions can still be queued up to be unleashed all at once after unpausing.
Still managed to beat Nightmare rather handily, though.
