Jog or walk with a backpack with waterbottles in it. Any easy way is just a lie.

Jogging is easy as long as u don't smoke. Or have the weight of 2 ppl

Avoid gorging yourself, wean yourself off large portions; work more, take the harder option and take up a sport, but for the love of god, choose one you like (I prefer sports that don't require a lot of running like badminton)

It can also depend on your body type. I cannot lose weight, I've tried and everything I did made me gain weight (going to the gym twice a week, running everyday, eating healthy) not to mention the exorcise made me feel like shit. So I said screw it sat on my ass all day eating potato chips for a meal and lost more weight and felt better.
Exercise does tend to increase weight at first. The reason for this is that muscle weighs more than fat. The difference is that a pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. This is why a body builder can weigh a ton and yet still be in excellent shape.
Yeah but I didn't lose any fat either so adding muscle made me look fat. I have a friend like that as well. She looks fat and weighs a lot, but I wouldn't be surprised if she could pick up my car.

I don't have enough information to object to your observation, but what I can say is that the muscle you gained has probably aided you in your weight loss efforts. Muscle burns more calories than fat, even when one is at rest.

Not only did I lose wait, but I used to suffer from diabetes. Now I don't have any problems. I know it sounds weird, eating stuff like butter and lots of fatty foods, but I haven't eaten carbs in months and I feel better than I ever have.

I need to put on more fat to be honest, I'm quite skinny. But if you wanted to lose weight, eat a controlled diet and exercise more often.

When you feel hungry only get some toast or something. Stay off candy and maybe jog a little.

Ketogenic diets are a damn fine way to give yourself a host of ailments---from bad breath ("Atkins breath") to ketoacidosis.
Only diabetics get ketoacidosis - for entirely different reasons. And if you get bad breath, you're doing it wrong.

Doctors HATE ketogenic diets---real doctors, not "holistic medicine" quacks or whatever the alternative community's calling itself these days.
Of course they do. They'd much rather sell you pricey medical treatment for cardiovascular diseases (statins) and expensively treat your II-diabetes, than see you fix all those problems with a few simple diet changes.

That's the same reason they never recommend adequate vitamin D3 dosage either: it doesn't bring them any extra money, because D3 is cheap and cannot be patented.

Get a lapband.

They work. I mean, they make you look like a freakin zombie. But they work.

Other then simple exercise, what's a good way to lose weight? Specifically belly fat.

How do you lose weight?
Simple answer, work out. long answer, work out and eat right. If you wanna lose the fat, you gotta have some kind of hard physical activity at least three days a week. If you dont like working out, try swimming. Just swim 5000 meters three to four days a week and you'll be shreddin that belly fat in no time. Because of the cold water, swimming can make you feel hungrier than you actually are so don't undo the workout you just did by stuffing your face.

How do you lose weight?
If your looking for advice on how to lose weight i got the answers. I have already lost like 40 pounds and am looking slimmer all while building muscle. Also no money. It doesn't cost anything.

The way i do it is by walking. A lot. I walk 4.5 Miles everyday no matter what. I rotate between muscle and cardio every night. I do Pushups and sit ups. I do them until i can't do anymore and set that as the number to get to every night. When it becomes easy i increase it by 5. I rotate between sit ups and push ups so i can do the workout and get the heart rate up without muscle cramps. On cardio night i do Resistance training with 2 5 pound weights that were lying around. I also do 30 minutes of Shadow Boxing. As it it with the Muscular when it gets easy i just increase it. By 10 this time. As for diet. I don't eat much red meat. Almost none really. I cut out bacon almost completely as well as Snacking. If i end up snacking u usually have yogurt or a fruit smoothie. I never eat fast food. Ever. If i do Drink pop it is ginger ale. I usually end up drinking fruit juice. This is probably the easiest way to lose weight without an expensive plan or pills or anything. Just proper diet and Exercise.

I really appreciate the help, I mean I know most of it but i thought I'd just ask for help, I need something to motivate me, to inspire me

Drink lots of water, and cut down on soda or alchohol.
Next, do some ab workouts. Crunches, sit-ups, all that jazz. Take up jogging or maybe get a gym membership. Try eating healthier, not less. Your body need the energy.

By the way, I'm not a doctor, so if you're going to diet, consult one.

How do you lose weight?
Very simple. http://www.soyouwanna.com/soyouwanna-lose-weight-1427.html Replace sodas with water (you'd be surpirised how many calories, fat, and grams of sugar the average person consumes every week with those), drink water 20 minutes before you eat (you will fill fuller sooner), talk while you eat (not with food in your mouth that's rude)...just take your time so your body will have time to give you the "I'm full" signals, begin excercising (I'm not saying become a marathon runner just start with some sit-ups, push-ups, and some running/jogging.) Now, for my secret weapon: sauna suits or belly bands. Those work wonders (that's why drinking the water is so important). You can find them for fairly cheap. Oh, and make sure you wash them (a washcloth and some dishwashing soap should do fine). If you feel dizzy or anything, slow down or stop. Make sure you do keep to a routine that you follow everyday, having a friend workout with you will bring competition into it as well as incentive to stay on track (bet on who will lose more weight / body mass). That's what worked for me, I used to be around 245-250lbs and am now at 175-180 and working on those final pounds to drop down to 160. It's possible, stick to it and good luck.

I hear it's good to eat a banana or potato right after a exercise

Well, keep in mind that fat fills you up more, meaning that the more caloric stuff is usually more filling, making it harder to lose weight by dieting alone than if you use exercise which has no drawback other than having to do the exercise.

I would try to eat more grilled chicken, that stuff is great, filling, and very low calorie. DEFINITELY cut out any calories you're getting from drinks, it's completely wasted calories.

Don't underestimate exercise, increasing muscle mass increases your resting metabolic rate, which allows you to burn more calories simply doing nothing.

Lastly, start meals with a bit of fruit or yogurt, so that you eat less of the other stuff. And avoid fried food, seriously, avoid it.

think about your eating habits and then reduce them, if you eat less you will lose weight, do a 30 minute exercise everyday, do not put a deadline I mean it just make it a habit and you will surprise yourself

Eat less.
Bad idea, that actually slows your heart rate and causes you to burn less calories because your body thinks it needs to conserve the energy it has.

You need to eat BETTER, not less
