Drink green tea.
Cut down on the sugar on coffees, teas, etc.
Cut down on salt.

My system for weightloss is almost guarenteed to help. I call it the stop eating so much, only eat at meal times and try to do some exercise even if its not very much. I find dance games work best.

Eat some better quality foods, try to burn more calories through exercise, and try to limit what you eat. People always think losing weight should be easy and effortless, but it's not. If you really want to lose weight, you have to work for it.

If you choose to adjust your diet, don't start out thinking you're going to avoid all forms of junk food and sweets. Because you'll fail. Every. Single. Time. Junk food and candy is perfectly acceptable--it's all about portions. If you like potato chips, then find out what a serving is and eat them at the end of your meal--that way you feel more full by the time you start eating them, preventing you from overeating.

Find fruits and vegetables you like and start replacing those for the excess of junk foods. Also always keep a few healthy snacks with you--that way you can snack on them to keep hunger away rather than going for bad things later. And that's another thing: don't let yourself get too hungry. If you get too hungry, you'll just overeat later and undo everything.

And always eat something for breakfast. Studies have shown that skipping breakfast literally causes your body to go into "starvation mode." By the time you get around to eating lunch, not only is your whole body not functioning as efficiently as it should, but you will also absorb more fats out of what you eat. This is because your body thinks its starving and needs to replenish its stores.

I hear it's good to eat a banana or potato right after a exercise
Post-workout carbohydrate intake is touted for increasing the rate of muscle growth; if you're trying to lose weight, there's no real reason to do it (though if you have to have something sweet while trying to lose weight, post-exercise is the time to eat it). There's currently some debate over whether it's the best way to go even if you are trying to gain weight, too.

Quite simply, if you eat less calories a day than you burn you will lose weight.

This handy little thing can give you a rough estimation of how many calories you're burning a day:
http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

It even offers up suggestions on how much you need to reduce intake to lose weight.

Losing weight is easy. You simply burn more calories than you take in.

I would recommend jogging, build up slowly at first, jogging around the block and build it up over a period of months to about 2 miles. It takes a lot of effort but it does the trick. Treadmills don't offer the same experience as actually going outside and doing it, and it also helps strengthen your skeleton.

Drink water instead of anything with sugar, eat fruit instead of chocolate and shit, eat a moderate amount and exercise. That is the magic formula. That is the proper way to lose weight. You just need to eat a balanced diet and exercise anything else is more or less weight loss by malnourishment or near famine conditions. Try to moderate sweet in take rather than cut out completely. You will end up eating it eventually anyway so may as well watch your intake.

If you are having trouble with portions and drink sizes get smaller plates, glasses and cutlery. Although when or if you do do exercise make sure you do the various things like push up and sits ups and etc properly. If you do sit ups badly you can hurt your neck, push ups done wrong can hurt your back or you can end up building wrong muscles that you want.

Cut out all non-water beverages. Even tea, unless it's like unsweetened tea with no milk.

Harder way is to improve how you eat, and how much you eat, if that's something you're interested in PM me because I'm sick of trying to give general advice in forums and simplifying it then having it not apply to people who take the advice and it's bad for them.
This is a big one a lot of people don't consider. It's really easy to drink a lot of calories without noticing it. I know I'm really bad at this (though I'm underweight), I'll often drink upwards of 500 calories a day without noticing it. If you have a cup of cola or even most fruit juices at every meal, you've drank about 300 calories.

I tried to tell my mom this, as her favorite drink consists of 2/3 coffee and 1/3 half&half and her weight is giving her serious medical problems. Didn't go over well.

Yogurt with every meal aids in digestion, if you eat a little bit healthier and add yogurt you will lose more weight than when you just change eating habits. it's kinda gross but yogurt works as sort of a parasite that is not harmful to your body it's almost like that bacteria that you but in a fishtank to eat away at algae

Stop eating so much.

When you do eat, eat lots of vegetables and very little in the way of overly processed and/or greasy foods. Stay away from junk.

Exercise much more.

Voila, you are now losing weight.

There's no secret to it. The simple answers are hidden in the endless complexity sold to us by tabloid magazines and celebrities. If you create a deficiency of energy your body WILL burn fat. If you use it on exercise, it will burn it faster.

This should be common sense. It is truly a shame that it isn't so.

Eat six small meals a day, carbohydrates early in the day, protein and fats later in the day. Lots of fiber, lean meat/fish, and green-colored vegetables. Stay away from most pasta, bread, and sweets. I'm gluten-intolerant so I was already ingrained(haha unintended pun) to avoid wheat.
My meals include a lot of corn tortillas, chicken, and spinach.
Do cardio 3 times a week, weight lifting 2 times a week. Or, combine the two in a p90x type program and do it every other day.

Make sure not to starve yourself or once you go off the diet your body will put on more weight than before. Just eat small meals. And I know you said without exercise, but that's the best way by far. It will burn it up faster than any other method, keep it off longer, and make it so you're healthy and stuff, yay! Plus with enough exercise it doesn't matter what you eat that much, which makes things easier. Just difficult at first and getting in the habit of it...

Watch your calorie intake. Easiest way to lose weight is to make sure you don't eat as many calories. It kind of all depends on your weight already and how much you work. You could sit and do almost nothing so long as you get a slight bit of exercise and eat low calorie foods.

Cremation. LOL, j/k...

I had a lot of luck with anorexia when I was a teenager, but I wouldn't recommend it...

EDIT: oh, you wanted a GOOD way... in that case, healthy eating and plenty of exercise is the only way to fly.
