Many many things really, odd you should ask today of all days, but one biggie? Well, nearby, in Little Rock, a CD was murdered. As it was explained to me by a colleague who knew of this person, apparently the fellow (MTF CD) was at a bar, met a guy, they went back to his place for shenanigans, and the guy apparently didn't know 'she' was a 'he' and reacted rather poorly to the news, brutalizing her and then running her over with his car multiple times. He apparently was returning to town and portions of the body still affixed to his vehicle gave the deed away.
...yeah.
As much as I've campaigned personally for the rights of same-sex couples, thirds, TS/TG/GQ, knowing something like this took place only about an hours' drive from my home, and noone seems to give a good rat's ass about it, this is very disturbing and disheartening. A human being was murdered, in evil blood, not cold, not impassioned, evil, hatred and fear passed down generation to generation to end in bloodshed over nothing, and people are more concerned about what our local ball team is doing or whatever...

My 15% on my Cal 2 midterm. I know it's at least MOSTLY my fault (I don't think I studied well enough for it), but still my teacher absolutely sucks.

edit: Also the NFL Players Association decertified and now i'm freaking out that not only will there not be a 2011 NFL season, the NFL Draft will be delayed. That was the one thing giving me hope.
