I know it sounds like an odd question but hear me out.

I don't know what to make for supper and most of the stuff here (my house) I'd have to thaw it and well I just don't have that kind of time so I figure I could go get a slice of pizza (which isn't expensive, I am kind of on a budget, as in i don't feel like going to a restaurant) ooor popcorn because it's easy to make, really I'm just looking for something to fill me up till tomorrow. Also I want to know which is healthier so I don't feel bad when I eat one or the other (I know they're both bad but oh well) also that's stove-top popped popcorn not microwave.

A recent study was done showing that the best breakfast foods were ones high in protein and carbohydrates. A nice meaty pizza is therefore one of the best breakfast foods; as it contains good amounts of both. Plus, it's more of a meal than popcorn....

Do you have a link to this study? I've heard bad things about pizza (like the pepperoni on pizza has a chance of causing cancer or some such)

I would say... Pizza probably has more sub-healthy factors to it, but popcorn has less healthy factors to it. So for sustenance, go for pizza, for snack, go for popcorn.

Pizza. Definitely pizza. It's at least got meat and cheese and stuff, but popcorn generally doesn't even have actual butter on it. It's generally a butter-like substance that's delicious but clogs your arteries like Godzilla taking a nap in a mountain pass.

How the hell are you going to handle the entire day eating only popcorn?

Popcorn is basically only carbohydrates and salt. Some protein and a few vitamins as well, maybe.
Not very good for you.
It's just puffed grain. You might as well be eating cornmeal. You're getting basically the same nutrients as you'd get from eating just the crust of the pizza.

A pizza, if properly made, can contain both carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and fat (often too much fat and salt though).
Pizza is definitely the healthier choice. Not to mention the most filling.
If you want, you can make it healthier by using more vegetables and less cheese (if you're making the pizza yourself, that is).

Certainly that would depend on the type of pepperoni, wouldn't it?
I mean: I doubt every pizza on the market uses the same pepperoni.

Saying pizza is good breakfast food because it contains proteins and carbohydrates is a fallacy though. It's ignoring the rest of the stuff that's in/on the pizza.
Yes, pizza contains protein and carbs, but normally also a lot of fat and sodium, so you probably shouldn't be eating it for breakfast regularly.
Broccoli is very good for you, but not if it also contains strychnine. Get what I'm saying?

Context is everything.

What are the ingredients of the popcorn? Popcorn covered in hydrogenated vegetable oils is something I wouldn't feed my dogs. On the other hand, popcorn cooked in unrefined coconut oil is a fiber-filled low calorie snack providing yummy nutrition.

What are the ingredients of the pizza? Tomato sauce is actually a better source of lycopene (good stuff) than raw tomatoes. Whole grain dough and some natural cheese (not whatever imitation shit the lab spews out) and maybe some vegetable toppings makes for a wholesome meal combining protein, carbohydrates, and fat while sneaking in some vegetables.

The names pizza and popcorn do not make a food healthy or unhealthy, the ingredients are what makes or breaks it. Overall when comparing movie theater popcorn to generic fast food pizza, I would go with the pizza for the simple fact that it isn't often made with hydrogenated oils (and let's face it, it's more of a complete meal).

There are many fairly healthy popcorn sadly anything you buy at a movie (at lest in the USA) is not one of them and all movie popcorn far worse than pizza.

Then you have pizza which is never not fattening an on rare occasion a provider of health benefits.

So overall Pizza, but in a best case scenario Popcorn despit the fact the main place to get popcorn is likely worse than pizza.

Over all I think the popcorn is healthier as long as you don't eat anything else with it. However if you are looking for something to fill you up for the rest of the night go pizza. You will be less likely to eat something else and you can control whats on the pizza (like veggies, etc).

Very good answer. I'll add that air popped popcorn with nothing on it is going to be much healthier than either option, but even with butter and salt it's not all that appetizing. I like to pop mine with corn oil, which is tastier than canola oil and cheaper than coconut or peanut oil. Any high smoke point oil will do in a pinch, though.

If it's homemade stuff like these babies:

Pizza wins.

It also depends on how much of each thing you eat. You shouldn't eat a whole pizza by yourself, nor a huge bucket of popcorn.

Depends what you put on the popcorn probably
That is true. Popcorn on its own is essentially a whole grain (in a sense). Very low in calories. It's all the butter, salt, sugar, or whatever else we put on it that makes it bad :p

But as far as being filling, pizza is probably the better deal. While probably not the best thing to have every day, with the right toppings it should keep you fuller longer and has the potential to have more nutrients than popcorn.

Depends what kind for both.
Less chess thin meat pizza
Or lightly buttered lightly salted popcorn.

Neither.Cake and pie are where it's at. anyone that tells you any different just wants all the good stuff for them selves.

Seriously though popcorn is really just a snack so i'd say homemade pizza if you want a meal.
