Title says it all. Anything you've seen, done, or heard.

I have no idea why, but one summer at 4AM I woke up and feeling like I was in some kind of trance and not thinking, went to the kitchen and read the previous days news paper for 10 minutes before realizing what i was doing.

I was once lying in bed, listening to my iPod when my bed started shaking suddenly.
I was petrified and after seeing that no-one was in my room I started to freak the fuck out.

Turns out it was a small earthquake. But as I live in the UK where I have only experienced around 3 low scale quakes, it was pretty bizarre.

A few nights back everyone in my room awoke to the sound of knocking coming from the walls. I got up to investigate but found nothing at all.

Once I swear I heard someone drinking something. I could hear tables creaking, cups being put down etc. No-one was ever there, and I checked...once, twice, three times.

Dreaming I'm falling, then hitting the ground, causing me to violently wake up.

Takes a couple seconds to regain my breath and sanity after those. Good thing they don't happen too often.

Every now and then, after being deprived of the appropriate amount of sleep, I go into complete mindf**k mode. And, much like any other mindf**k, things that come of it are good, bad, and strange at the same time.

I.E. I got the idea for my first book while in this quasi-dream state.
The next time, I fell under the impression that I was a cat.

I was once having some strange dream, and in the dream, I jumped for some reason. I woke up when it happened, and I accidently tried to jump in real life as I was sleeping.

Also, the thread title is basically asking for a sex joke. :D

You hear all kinds of weird things whilst falling in and out of consciousness... it only makes sense that your mind would try to translate odd noises into sensible sounds, even if it was merely wind or some such.

Once, when I was at my grandparent's cabin at Lake Arrowhead with my dad, stepmom, sister, and friend, we had a strange incident. My father and my stepmom had come back from a walk to tell us they found some sort of "skull". Me and my friend decided to go out with a walkie-talkie to "extract the specimen". When we found it, it was no skull. It was a face. My dad said it probably was a fruit bat. There was no signs of other pieces of the bat around where we found it. Even stranger was the little strip of fabric that was stuck to the face. I thought it looked like it came from a button up shirt. We still haven't thought of any explaination for it.

Once, I was woken up by this huge crashing sound that I swear was a bomb going off or something. I checked around my room, but couldn't find the source of the noise. Convinced I had dreamed it, I went back to sleep.

The next morning, I opened the freezer to get some waffles and found the entire icebox coated in brownish frost and ice. My brother liked to put his Cokes in the back of the freezer so they could get cold quicker. One of them must have been obscured by a pack of peas or something and forgotten until the pressure caused it to explode.

One night I woke up to a beeping sound. Mother forgot to turn off the oven so it beeped and woke me up. Another time when I was like six and had just discovered NwN and Yu-Gi-Oh, when I had a dream that something "Stole my soul" and I woke up in the middle of the night to wait for my parents then play Age of Empires 2 till school started.

Two things stick out. I heard a rat fall into the hollow space in the wall (the bed was in an inner wall) I heard it flailing around squeaking, scratching at the wall trying to stop its fall. Then I heard it climb back up into the roof crawl space. Made my parents get some rat poison so I could throw it up there.

The other happened multiple times but it was sleep paralysis. The mind is awake but the body is asleep. I don't know why but I am very reluctant to go back to sleep when this happens and instead must wake by body up by forcing it to move, often times my leg will be the first thing I can move, then I can wiggle my arms, and soon I can move freely again. Hasn't happened in years through so I guess it was just something when I was growing.

I was watching TV at about 3am and down beside my bed I saw two mice fighting, it was hilarious because I immediately thought of the gladiator mice from family guy.

I shake, violently. But the weird thing is, I know when it's going to happen. I feel it but there's nothing I can do to stop it. It only happens when I'm half awake, too.

For me, I think I'm going for falling asleep and when I woke up, having no idea who I was or where I was.

Scary as shit.
