For me: magic.
For the world: Magic.

I can't decide if I would pick telekinesis or telepathy or transportation for myself. One of those three.

Double-jumping for myself. I'd dominate the NBA!

For the world, the ability to reload and keep all your ammo despite throwing away a clip/magazine that's half full.

I'd really love to be able to frame arguments in the style of L.A. Noire interrogations. I can just imagine the *dun-Dun-DUN* sound effect every time I made a good point.

Save Points.......from any rpg.

Preferably one that you don't have to go somewhere to use.
The best option would be that anyone affected within that timespan by that saver (in some way at all) remembers so that they can help the saver succeed, or fail (depending on the cirucmstances). This is probably the best option, as time won't be halted forever, and even when it is halted for long times no-one is bothered unless they are involved somehow. This way, we'd live in a world where everything works out as perfectly as possible for everyone.
No, that would just be silly, there will always be some idiots that would mess something up somehow, the best option would be to go back and no one but yourself know about it (only you having the power too) so that way your life is perfect and you could make a living as a psycic, by finding out about people, going back in time then telling them what they told you in the future (if you get where i'm coming from) or maybe try doing something you always wanted to do but could never do... such as hit someone when they piss you off then go to the last save before you hit them... they restart what they were saying and you can be nice and happy knowing what you did to them at this point on your last save.

Also... unlimited sex+games+food+anything... life would be your pearl with quick-save, want 6 games but low on money? no prob... buy one, finish it, go back to the last save, play the other, finish it etc. Hell, you could even get unlimited money if you see what number comes up in roulette then put your life savings onto it on the next save. Unlimited weekends!!, eat a REALLY fatty food... go back and experiance it again, oh god the things you could do :)

A save/reload system with multiple save points would be nice. You can make a choice, see how it plays out, and if it doesn't work out then just go back and do something else.

Life span of a Sim from the Sims 3. Set my life to infinite as adult or young adult and enjoy. Though I would still have to avoid fire, meteors, electrocution, and other things...

This. I mean, I could go off and do something completely rediclous and then just quickload to a time before I did it and still rerember it. What wouldn't I be able to do?

Regenerating health

Oh God, I got hit by a car! *sucks thumb for five seconds* All better!
pretty much this
maybe a backpack that, when opened, could hold ridiculously large items without appearing any larger and had a neat inventory system
