Whats so bad about xbox one?

Even as someone who intends to get an Xbox One before a PS4, your constant banging on about the Xbox One and trying to make it look good is annoying, so god knows how it is to people who have no mercy (with some good reasons) for the Xbox One.
Unless you're intentionally doing this to make the Xbox One look worse, but then we're going into conspiracy territory then, and all the tinfoil around about this time is with all those 9/11 folks, and they're just a mess to deal with.

Um, you might want to stop with the Xbox One threads HydroFire, they aren't doing you or Microsoft any favors that's for sure. You constantly ask "what's wrong with it" and people have given you answers. Those answers are just obviously ones that you do not want to hear at all, and you've glanced over them in the constant threads you've made about the Xbox One in general.
As for the Xbox One, even if they hadn't of done all of this, I still wouldn't get it. You know why? Because the Xbox franchise has only had a few titles that actually interested me and those are all gone, and I can get more fun with the type of games I like on the PS4 and Wii U. It's more about deriding Microsoft for the poor presentation of the product moreso than the product itself (at this point anyway). It presented a console with features nobody asked for focusing on home entertainment nobody asked for, poorly handled the feedback and went back and forth on its own word so that trust on the company fell beyond the floor, because changing your product 100 times so you can sell it to a client shows what little faith you have on what you're selling. Consider how many times the whole "always online" issue was handled: it started out as a strict requirement, then they went back on their word, then they said you'd only have to log in once a day, etc, etc, etc. Same with second-hand games and other ridiculously convoluted DRM policies.
I don't think it's going to be a bad console, it's just that it does a lot of stuff nobody really asked for, and they don't seem so sure about it themselves, yet they're trying to make it look like it's the next best thing. A lot of their decisions and policies seem a bit... random.

It doesn't suck, it just doesn't do anything for me. Simple as that.
Like Neronium above, I'm not interested in the exclusives, I also really don't want a Kinect and most of the non-games related features I either don't care for or they are simply not available in my area (either at launch, or in some cases, probably never).
The Xbone doesn't offer me enough value over the competition to warrant a purchase.

It was a DRM nightmare that was nothing like Steam originally.
Now it's just a regular console, with slightly shittier hardware than it's competitor but $100 more expensive because of a stupid camera that no one wants.

Their introduction to the product neglected gamers to a large extent.
They just refused to comment on rumours either way about always on Kinect, 24 hour connection DRM, Family sharing (which we still don't know what exactly it was except that it's now apparently cancelled)
They insulted us on twitter and when they did give any information about the Xbox One it was so vague they never committed to anything and just left more questions in their wake.
They were dismissive of their developers, not informing Polish CD Projeckt of the region locks at launch, so they found out on the news that they couldn't actually use the Xbox One in their country and they were supposed to be developing for it!
Their press releases didn't help saying the Xbox One dashboard was "made for advertisers", it will support Microsoft brand only earphones, controllers etc. (earphones originally not included in box) showing again that the Xbox One isn't to get gamers to play more, it's to get gamers to pay more.
And finally, it's still lagging behind the PS4 in both hardware (Weaker processor and RAM quality) and software (many things free on PS4 are Gold membership only on Xbox One, recording tech isn't as advanced etc.)
Overall it's their combined attitude throughout this launch has been horrific, and even with all the 180s in policy it's still the inferior machine spec. wise.
I never accused you of working for Microsoft for one. For two, people didn't want to be forced to buy the Kinect since it drove the price up by $100. How is that not a valid reason for not liking it, you're being forced to pay more for something you don't want at all. Yeah the camera has voice commands and Skype, but why would you want a gaming console for something like that, especially since recently Skype has just been crashing on me and just been buggy in general since the update back in April or so.HydroFire said:

As far as this is concerned, over the multiple practically identical threads you've made on this topic, you've gotten plenty of logical, well-thought-out reasons and explanations. You just completely ignore them because they run contrary to the position you're taking on the subject, and then misrepresent the arguments like you have above.
