I think that our laws state that if two people are both between 16 and 18 it's legal and then ofcourse with anyone when both are over 18. I am not sure but this is how I understand the law. Then both parts must ofcourse be willing to it at that moment ^^.

16 where I am (England) but they may as well lower it to 13/14 for all the good it does. I would say to raise it to 18 like everything else but considering 16 year olds can't do anything else (they used to be able to smoke at least) we may as well let them fuck. One interesting thing I was told was that there has to be a seven year difference in ages in order for one of the parties to be considered a paedophile.
