I remember having a Pokemon battle stealthily in the middle of government class, and then doodling about that battle. We even had a "communication error" and had to reconnect, and the teacher noticed neither our furious and epic fight nor my subsequent doodling.

My face looking bored, it was on the back of my homework and my teacher wrote a little comment on the bottom saying, "Regardless of the connotation that you were bored while doing homework, I've scanned this and put it up in the staff room. Amazing."

Mine was a add on doodle with a friend. I had drawn a guy who was about to be hung. Then my friend continued it by drawing a grave with a hand coming out. So any way we continued this for the whole class. by the end this character had basicly been hung, turned into a zombie and went on a rampage.

I drew a thing in the back of my maths book. It's awesome. Unfortunately, it's a double page spread so whenever I open my book and go "THIS IS MY GREATEST MASTERPIECE" someone goes, "What, you mean that?" And then they point to this ridiculous doodle of a hungry man with a funny hat and an empty stomach with 'sideways muffin top' and laugh at me.

Hardly my best, but a coffee cup with a kraken rising out of it raised some questions from classmates. It was either a tiny kraken or a monumental cup, depending on the viewer.

...I don't think I can respond to this thread considering that I'm an art major and most of my classes were art. XD
Then post a doodle from one of the non-art classes you had to take. :p

I blatantly draw in other classes. Don't care what my teachers say. This one's from Art History.

About that...
I discarded most all of my papers when I graduated. And with the few remaining pieces... Lets just say I took the liberty, as an art major, to do figure drawings.

So yeah, the few doodles I have from college are nudes. >.<
Tasteful, not pornographic, mind you.

A picture of a girl looking out a window with a solemn expression on her face. I also consider it my best drawing so far.

Most of my drawings are done at school because I get bored VERY easily. I concentrate better while drawing, but teachers don't really think that's true.

they always have to make things harder, don't they.

I too draw most of my shit during schooltime, simply because time is most abundant in those hours.

I drew this adorable little panda, once. And somewhere else I drew an old man, of the Farnsworth variety, but much pointier, and sad, and called it the Lament of Age...It wasn't too bad. Though the adorable panda is my favorite.

When I still went to school with Furburt and MrGravyTrain we used to draw insane spur-of-the-moment comics that actually ended up coming out really well. I won't say they made no sense, because that would be an understatement-they actually made negative amounts of sense.

it didn't look that bad either.

here are some of mine
The last one was fun to make, since the ink could be brushed with my finger for a few seconds to create more than just black and white lines. It covered half of my desk, but had to be washed off at the end of the semester.

A walrus with a top hat and a monocle.

On my desk.

From that point on people knew me as "The kid who drew that walrus on the desk in room 301"
Was that an Unforgotten Realms reference?
No. I did it 2 years before they did it and I'm pissed that I haven't gotten my compensation.

I doodled an entire futuristic city, complete with spires, dual suns, and starships. Served as a nice header for my paper on nuclear fusion.

I used to have a few peices of folded A4 paper that I could slip between the pages of my notes. Then after my exams I just brought in a small note book for my notes and would doodle on random pages.

I completely understand. I've done quite a bit of figure drawing myself.

I keep everything. I'm a pack rat. :3
