Whats the funniest game?

Dragon Quest 8, i still laugh at most of the lines even though its like my 9th time going through the 80+ grueling hours of rpg grinding.

Psychonauts is just so outrageously funny, that I woulden't have it any other way.
Mad World is a hilarious in an over-the-top sort of way.
And Conker's Bad Fur Day gets me laughing every time.
