Amnesia, and hell yeah. But since everyone on Earth seems to have played it, it wouldn't be much use recommending.

I also bought Super Meat Boy, which I'd recommend quite highly - despite it being quite infuriating.

uhm,.... Baldurs gate. Dont worry its not like I havent bought a game in over ten years. . Got it off GOG. Its as awesome as ever. But even I couldnt take the graphics without headaches after 10 minutes so I play it with the TUTU mod. . So that means I also bought Baldurs Gate 2. Which in turn means that was the last game I bought, and if recommendation for that is required I cant. Because I havent played it yet.

Dragon Age 2.

Good times that game!
One of the things I really liked was that rather than yet another cliched "Save the Whole World" plot, we got something more personal. That was really great.

Just bought Dark Void yesterday. It's kind of a let down since so far all I've been doing is awful cover-base shooting and still don't have the real jetpack (on the other hand I got new for 9 CHF, thats about 9-10 $)

[HEADING=2]"Wet" for Xbox 360 (also on PS3)[/HEADING]

Not all that bad, I could even go to a stretch and say it was enjoyable to play... but I'm glad I didn't spend much money on it.

It reminds me a lot of the first Red Dead Revolver, with the arcadey bullet time gameplay, grindhouse feel, upgrading weapons between linear levels progression, and style-over-substance narrative. But I have to say although this is more flexible in abilities over PS2's RDRevolver, it isn't quite as good.

Redeeming features
I suppose it would have to be that for a third-person shooter of this generation it is far more kinetic, it is NOT another cover-based gears/killswitch clone. My problem is in the early levels there isn't much in the way of challenge and the controls themselves limit how much challenge you can stand up to.
One might be tempted to say the graphics are too basic but really that isn't a problem, it's a benefit as it keeps the framerate at a solid 30fps thoughout the game. The art-design is fairly novel and does a lot for compensate for how it just isn't crysis, I think this game will age better than others.

Failing flaws
It just Doesn't grab me, this game is NOT well structured nor paced. This feels like a game that could have done with being scrapped mid-production and rebuilt from its best elements, then spend another 3 months polishing the gameplay. But they didn't do that, this game is competent but rushed.

It also seems like another cliche Whedon-esque of gloriously implausible female badass, which is a refreshing change from the usual hairy beefcake protagonists, but Rubi is a Cliche in herself and doesn't seem to do enough with it to make up for that. Cliche's are great if you are able to handle them right. My problem is Rubi's perpetual scowling anger starts to come off as pathetic. I mean real basdasses - male or female - are able to relax and savour their victories, and go into aggressive mode when challenged. Rubi as a character seems to deny herself her victories by being eternally aggressive it comes off more as chronic frustration. not a very cool character in all, but just a fatal flaw.

Final Recommendation
Rent. If:
-you like 3rd person shooters, but are bored of the cover-based ones
-really like anything made by Joss Whedon
-liked classic Red Dead Revolver
-kinda like Max Payne and don't mind using a gamepad (FPS freek or similar joystick extension recommended)

The last game I bought was MvC3. I'd recommend it because it's really easy to just pick up and play. I can't wait until exams are over and I can go home to my xbox <3.

Probably last game I got was Black Ops.

The campaign felt wrong to me, at once trying to be an action movie, a psychological thriller, and an emotional war story. It fails at all of them, and left me wondering why I had to keep on running out of cover to stop the never-ending onslaught of respawning enemies.

Multiplayer is what you'd expect, but I hate it because it is far too easy to kill someone. It seems like it only takes one bullet to kill in that game, but I always have to use half a clip when I use a gun that you actually have to aim with. On the bright side, you don't have to use too many brain cells to have a good time, just run in with an automatic rifle and you're set.

Crysis 2 and hell yeah I'd reccommend it. Really fun, nice long campaign. Multiplayer is a bit meh but worth it for SP.
"How many hours long is the campaign, would you say...

... one million?"

Last game I bought was World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. I like it, and if you actually want to play WoW or are already playing but haven't bought Cataclysm yet, I'd recommend it, otherwise, it might not be for you.

Crysis 2, I'd recommend you rent it but it's a good game and the multiplayer is all right.

I bought Crysis 2 the other day and would certainly recommend it, although I haven't tried the multiplayer yet. The last downloadable game I bought was The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile from XBLA. Yes I would probably recommend that as well, but only if you're into the hack'n'slash type of game.

My last buy was Bulletstorm and Crysis 2. I would seriously reccomend Bulletstorm, despite it's immature humour, it can be downright hilarious. My brother is playing through Crysis 2 and, from what I've seen, i would reccomend it.
