I can't lie to you, Escapist: a bunch of us got really high and saw New Moon last night.

And let me tell you... it didn't help at all.

For the first 30 minutes or so I tried convincing myself that I was watching Moon, starring Sam Rockwell and Kevin Spacey as the robot. When that didn't work, we resorted to a good old MST3K-ing of the proceedings.

At one point I left to refill my girlfriend's and my sodas, and upon returning I remarked "I can't believe I just did that twice." "Did what?" she asked. "Walked into the theater marked 'New Moon'," I replied.

The film gets a 0.5 out of 5 10 100, for making us laugh ironically a couple of times. The fun we had making fun of it scores about a 3.5 out of 5, though. So go figure that out.

I'm half way through "Inglorious Basterds" as I type this, I rate it 3/5, but that's because I'm still watching it.

Orphan is the last movie I have watched.
I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I believe it may be my favorite movie of the year.

The effects are really good, mainly when California is going to shit and when Yellowstone explodes.

Just watched Gremlins 2 with some buds. I hadn't seen that movie in over a decade.

4/5 for some great memories.

My Cousin Vinny, It's my girlfriends favorite movie.
To be honest I wasn't really paying attention, but I liked the brooklyn accent.

2012. It was ok. Like, the special effects and disaster scenes were incredible and instense but there were so many scenes where people just walked around and nothing interesting happened. I'm not sure how to rate it because I didn't like the movie at all but the special effects were insane and I would recommend seeing it in theaters.

I just watched Up a few days ago.
It was a great film that was funny and had a heatwarming story to it.
I enjoy almost every Pixar movie I watch so I gave it a 5/5.

Inglorious Basterds.

I finally realized how big the shadow Pulp Fiction casts. I don't think Quentin Tarantino will ever top it. Yet, in it's own right, it was ok. 8/10

One more for 2012. Although, I thoroughly enjoyed it, because sometimes in movies, they actually have to take a break from the action to unfold a little bot of story. What a sin, I know. I give it a 5/5, since it kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Best disaster/CGI porn I've ever seen.
