what's the longest you've ever been lost in your own thoughts?

22 Hours in a forest, camping last year. I was with a friend but he was out hunting for the day. It was only when he was boning the fish that he told me to wake up, by this time it was 10PM.

i can be lost for any amount of time as long as nobody disturbs me. I can also space out randomly doing things like ordering food. I was spaced out for five minutes just staring at the cash register.

ever done that while working said cash register? I did once middle of my shift exhausted....

Not exactly. But I have done it at work, for about 2-3 hours. I came back and all my work was done

Seriously though, I can daydream for days at a time.

Maybe that's why they call it daydreaming!! Hahahahahahaha....

I will think about life and existance a lot, but I don't like to because I don't completely understand it and some stuff freaks me out.

I worked at an industrial laundry, everything I did was highly mechanical, repetitive movement. Keeping your mind elsewhere was the only coping mechanism so I was lost in my thoughts for eight hours every single day except Sunday.

For about 6 hours. I was pretty deep in my thoughts too, I convinced myself that I was in my own world and it felt like a pretty realistic VR simulation.
