What's the most confusing game plot ever?

Legacy of Kain series. While I love the games to bits (especially the Soul Reaver ones), the plot really got tangled up by the time the second Soul Reaver hit. With all the time traveling and such, it's takes a flowchart to figure out what the hell are you even trying to accomplish...

Beautiful Katamari. The King of All Cosmos is so good at tennis that he causes a blackhole to appear and swallow everything in the solar system except Earth, it's up to The Prince and his cousins to roll...EVERYTHING...into seperate balls big enough to remake the planets in the solar system and clog up the blackhole...WTF!?

Hmm Like many have said before, MGS2. Some of the main plot was easy to understand like how the Patriots wanted everything that happened to happen. But everything else literally fried my brain with trying to compute it. Add that to the fact it was the first game I played on a PS2 and I believe I was about 10 the first time I played it, it is one of those games where 8 years later....you can just about follow the story.

Oh and Gungage.......that game was bloody weird and I'm not sure it had a story while attempting to give you one.
